We had such a wonderful time at this property. It is very comfortable and its proximity to the beach was amazing. The view from the upstairs balcony was beautiful! Highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the beach or cafe (although coffee is about $5!). Close drive to the Woolies / Aldi / Coles in Vincentia. Amenities were well thought out, particularly the outdoor deck area with a shower to wash sand off and a neat little fireplace. Bed configuration was great for our group of 7, we didn't use the granny flat. TVs were really tiny but we didn't notice as we spent so much time outdoors / playing board games / etc. Decent number of pots / pans / cooking equipment. Only thing that could've been better is the number of indoor showers (3 in total) - the one downstairs is easily accessible by all but to get to the others you either need to go to the backyard granny flat or go through the ensuite room to access which is less ideal.

"We had a fantastic week at 46 Tulip Street. This spacious house has everything you need including panoramic views of Jervis Bay and a slow combustion wood heater to take the chill out of winter evenings. The house is a short walking distance from the beach and local shop. It comfortably accommodated our extended family group of 6 adults and 5 children. We highly recommend this house and would happily stay there again."

Beautiful house and well furnished with comfortable beds and the kitchen has great facilities. Location was awesome and even the weather was perfect too!! So please that we were able to get this house and made for a really amazing Christmas week at Hyams. The extra room in the garden was really good with additional fridge space for keeping drinks chilled.

I can't recommend this house highly enough. We were 10 people - 6 adults and 4 children and were all comfortable and happy in this beautiful house. The kitchen is amazingly stocked with everything you might need (and good quality), the beds are comfortable, the rooms spacious and clean, the neighbourhood quiet and very close to the beach. The decks are huge and there are lots of seats for everyone in a big group. We loved staying here and will hopefully be back one day! Thank you.

This is the cleanest holiday house that I have even visited. The property is well maintained and it is comfortably to fit in 9 adults. Wish that we could stay for longer. And we highly recommend to anyone.

A great place to stay, house was amazing and was excellent value for what we paid close to peak season. Great spot centrally located in Hyams Beach, only a few minutes walk from the beach and cafe. The record collection was an unexpected bonus, as was the wifi which is not very common in Hyams Beach holiday houses. Would definately stay here again!
