My family and two nephews love this property and Manasota Beach so much that we have been here 3 or 4 times already and plan on coming back again. We love the spacious, beautiful, and extremely clean house. It is equipped with a grill, plenty of kitchen space and cooking items. My family also loves the pool with all of its updates, such as, the lanai, spacious patio, and pool/beach accessories. The owners have been so thoughtful to provide “extras” as well, including bikes, beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrellas, and sifters for hunting shark teeth at Manasota Beach. The house has always been extremely clean and is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Manasota Beach Park is located just 10 minutes away by vehicle and offers free parking. The beach is hardly ever crowded and there is a lifeguard on duty during the day. I highly recommend this property for your family’s stay!

We enjoyed the house immensely. Especially, we loved the pool and two living spaces. The home was very clean with plenty of towels. Our only dislike was the master bed was very uncomfortable. The location made it easy to travel all over Venice to see different beaches and visit several restaurants during our stay. This was a very enjoyable vacation home!

The beautifully decorated "Beach House" is in a great location; very close to Manasota Beach and Walmart.
Walking into the house we were pleasantly surprised at how clean the house and pool were and towels were set out in the bathrooms (an extra welcome). The kitchen was great and we loved that it was open so we could visit and watch the kids while preparing meals.
There were beach toys and chairs in the garage but we had brought our own. So for us, it was nice to have the garage space to store our beach items.
All communications, including written instructions in the house, were very clear and timely.
The Beach House was kid friendly for our grandkids ages 2 and 9 months.
We all loved the pool and patio area.

Pool area was fantastic. Spent a lot of time out there. Plenty of towels, beach toys and chairs. House was roomy and clean. Thirty minute walk to the beach. All bike tires were flat and couldn’t be inflated. so we bought new bike tire tubes and 3 bikes are now usable. Ten minute bike ride to the beach.

Very clean, cozy place close to the beach & shopping but tucked away off the beaten path.
We enjoyed the lovely enclosed heated pool and appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.
The only small disappointment was that the bike tires were flat so we couldn't use them.
Overall a wonderful place to stay & would do so again!! Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful time at the house. The pool is fantastic. The kitchen is well stocked with what you need for cooking. The house is only 5 minutes from Manasota beach and about 10 minutes from Walmart. James and Shannon were great to work with. We enjoyed the house so much we have already booked for next year.

The house surpassed our expectations! It was bigger than we expected and the location was ideal! The heated pool and outdoor seating area were phenomenal after a day of exploring nearby beaches. The garage contained a lot of extras that were great to have at the beach.

Great ranch style home with lots of open spaces. Great pool with a beautiful patio! Well kept and clean! Short drive to the beach and downtown Venice.
Only suggestion is to add more towels and kitchen items.

This is our second stay here. The updates that have been done are wonderful. We love the pool. The closeness to the beach is great. The house is clean and comfortable. It fit our needs perfectly. The owners are super responsive, kind and helpful. Thanks so much. We can’t wait to be back for another trip in the future!

The house was very clean and enjoyable size. The pool and the pool area is wonderful. A lot of places to relax in the sun or shade. Everything was as advertised - no surprises. I hope to visit again.

Overall, excellent experience! We will definitely return to this clean and spacious home. Pool was so awesome for our boys! We relaxed and celebrated our youngest son's birthday. He did not want to leave, and neither did we. Thank you for providing us with a space to pause to spend quality time together. :)

This rental is amazing !!! So close to the beach, which is known for fossil and shark tooth hunting. We loved the home and had a wonderful time 10/10 for this rental !!!

This property is a gem. Excellent, quiet neighborhood and close to Manasota Beach. Property owners are very nice and responsive to any requests. I’ve rented this property twice and will definitely rent it again. Five Star!!!

The house is very quite and comfortable, it has everything a family needs to enjoy time together. The pool was excellent, a couple came to clean it up twice per week, the bikes were very convenient, we even biked (about 10 minutes) to the beach several times. Driving to the beach was also very easy due to proximity, no traffic at all and parking, there was always plenty of spaces available. We also drove to several nearby beaches, all of them beautiful.

The host is wonderful and always responds in a timely manner. This house has everything a family needs for a great vacation. This is a beautiful, clean and spacious house. Close to many beaches and restaurants, not to mention a pool! There are two living areas and lots of room. Awesome house in a perfect location. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house short drive to the beach
This house is clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay, including beach chairs and toys. We drove to the beach but parking was no issue and the beach access has bathrooms, picnic tables. We didn’t realize we were staying 15 minutes from the downtown restaurants and shops, but we weren’t so familiar with the area. A quiet walkable/ bikeable neighborhood!

This property is as listed. Nice house in a quiet area of South Venice with a heated pool. We were very happy and would rent it again.

This home is very nice, although a little out of the way, which really wasn’t a problem after we got used to all the turns to get there! Our only complaint is that the pool does not have railings; therefore we didn’t feel safe getting in or out and weren’t able to use the pool.

Venice weekend
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect size for our group and was much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. Everything was as it was listed on the property listing.

House is in a very nice quiet location, can go out in the back and just relax and fall asleep. A few minutes from the beach but due to red tide we didn’t go. Our family still had a great weekend hanging out at the house playing games, cooking on the grill, and enjoying the beautiful pool.
