My only complaint is we saw a couple of big bugs in the living room. One went under the couch. The other ended up belly side up the next morning so I assume the place is fumigated on a regular basis. Other than that, it is beautiful and in a perfect location. We truly enjoyed ourselves.

The only reason I have four stars was due to a tick being on the wall in the bedroom, and some of the wall outlets did not work, other than that the place was fantastic! I definitely recommend going!

This property was clean, comfortable, and roomy. We were 5 adults and one 2 year old toddler. I was grateful that there was plastic dishes for the toddler. Everyone was glad that there was plenty of space for us without tripping over each other. The host was very responsive to any questions I had. Location was awesome, only 1 mile from the beach, which was an easy walk. We figured out parking for 3 vehicles by keeping the most used car in the designated parking space. For the 5 days and 6 nights we were there, I wished there was more than 3 pods for the dishwasher, but we made it work. This was our first time doing a Vrbo, and over all it was a pleasant experience. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Home was clean, neighborhood was quiet, and we had all the amenities we wanted and were expecting plus only just a couple minutes drive from the beach and 5-10 minutes to downtown. The townhouse has some signs of wear and the beds could have been more comfortable, but after the big days we had on the beach and walking around town we all slept just fine!

My daughter, myself, and a friend of hers went for a little beach time and also to enjoy some of the rich coastal history the area offers. This location was easy access to the beach and village and a short ride to most of the historical sites as well. I love the fact that this place was pet friendly as my k9 companion travels everywhere with me.

My husband and I spent two weeks on St. Simon's Island to get away from the snow of Michigan.
We were delighted with this location.
We were within walking distance of several restaurants, and could easily have walked to the beach.
Our dog, Lola, traveled with us, and loved chasing her ball on the dog-friendly beaches.
We brought our kayaks, and were able to paddle down the quiet river to the beach. My husband did this several times, and was able to catch some nice fish.
The condo is large enough to host 4 people comfortably, or more if you want to squeeze. It would be perfect for a family with small children.
The neighborhood feels completely safe, although it can get a little busy.
Ryan answered my questions quickly, and was sure to let us know about small maintenance work that was done while we were there.
We really enjoyed our Island vacation, and will very likely visit again next year.

I’ve been coming to SSI for years to see family here and we wanted to stay fairly close to the beach with our dog. For the cost of this rental, it was old and outdated.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We came to the island for the Georgia Elvis Festival. Easy access to everything. Plenty of linens & clean. Would recommend to family & friends.

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay here very much. It is in a safe and convenient place to all of st simons and surrounding area. The kitchen was nicely stocked, and my kids loved all the board games and puzzles they had one hand. Nicely decorated and cozy. If we need to stay in the area again, we will definitely book in the future.

My husband and I took your 3 month old to the beach for the first time. This location was perfect for us. Close to the beach and all our favorite restaurants on the island. The house had everything we needed and was well kept. The owner, Ryan, was communicative and made sure everything was going well.

Great location! Close to the beach, pier, shops & lots of restaurants. Ryan was a great communicator and answered all my questions prior to my booking. This townhouse has everything you need as well as enough beds for a large family. We will definitely return!

A beautiful island. Unfortunately we had to cut our month long stay in half due to unforeseen circumstances. Ryan was very understanding and worked closely with us to attain a prorated refund
The pictures and description of the property are accurate. It is a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk to a beach or the main village. Lots of restaurants and boutique stores.

Great central location for beaches and the village!
Great spot for a family beach getaway! We loved the quaint atmosphere of the island and everywhere we shopped and dined was locally owned. We could jog from the townhome to the historic village. Our kids especially loved the low tide times at the beach inlets. Great playground close by! The townhome was clean and the kitchen was perfectly stocked! Spacious bedrooms. We hope to come back another time!
