Val's property was just what our family needed for an enjoyable and restful spring break! The screened porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening reading. The close proximity to the pool was an extra bonus. The home had all the amenities that we needed during our week's stay. The location and easy walk to the beach was wonderful.

Stayed for two weeks and loved it! The condo was quiet and centrally located to many activities. Val our Host was attentive with no intrusion whatsoever. Great time in NSB yet again!!

This small condo community is quiet and perfectly located away from the crowds but very close to the beach. Val is an attentive, helpful and responsive host. The unit itself could use some updating but is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. We would stay here again if / when we return to NSB.

The condo was nicely furnished . Kitchen had plenty of dinnerware/glasses. Pool was nice. Short walk to the beach. Market plaza was within walking distance which had groceries, restaurants, ice creme, liquor, pub. Val was very responsive to any and all questions. highly recommended

This was our first time staying at Val's Happy Hours condo. It was just perfect for us. Val was a great host and we loved the location right next to the pool. The condo had everything we needed, gas grill, easy place to park my bike, and an excellent screened in porch overlooking the pool. The neighbors were all so friendly and we look forward to coming back some day soon.

We had a very nice stay at Happy Hours. Val was a fantastic host and addressed any little problem right away. A great location and a nice small community of owners/renters. Would highly recommend it. We’re looking forward to next year!

Our group ( two 59 years olds and two 67 years olds) were very happy with our stay at Happy Hours. We experienced no issues other than the power went out briefly a couple of times during a high wind event and we had weather bad luck. Happy Hours is a two minute walk to the sand, a 5 minute walk to Dollar General Market and a 10 second walk to the pool from the very nice screened in porch . Val was easy to reach via email and kept in touch during our entire stay. The beds were comfortable and from the assigned parking space to the front door is less than 50 feet. There were only two things that I would consider on the down side. 1 The steps to the second floor are a bit narrow. 2 No garbage disposal (which is not a huge deal if your not use to having one at home) I would recommend Happy Hours and I am sure we will stay there again at some point

Our family vaca was such a wonderful time because of Vals space. The location is incredible being right across from the ocean access. We enjoyed the beach toys, chairs and bikes thoroughly and practically lived the entire stay on the beach! Val made our experience one to remember and we will definitely be looking to come back :)

We chose this property because of its location close to the beach and we weren't disappointed. The property had all the items we needed to go to the beach; umbrella, chair, kids toys, and many other things. It was also located within 5 minutes of some of the tourist places we wanted to visit, just over a half hour to Daytona beach and an hour to Kennedy space center. The condo was clean and we were able to sleep 7 people with no problem The pool right outside our back door was also nice. I would stay here again if I ever come back to New Smyrna Beach.

This was my second stay at this location. Val is wonderful to work with, and the place is very nice. Love the privacy of the area, and pool. Very short walk across the street to the beach. Would highly recommend this place! Thanks Val.

This is a fantastic location. The walk across the street is 2 minutes from the beach. The beach was beautiful, clean, family-friendly and not crowded. The property is so convenient with assigned parking, a pool steps away and everything you need for the beach and living. Having an outside hose to rinse off was a blessing. There are so many dishes, sheets, blankets and towels. The beds are so comfortable. We literally showed up and were ready to enjoy vacation! The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had and thoughtful enough to leave welcome gifts for our kids! The kids loved the books, games, bunks and loft area. The town is a great beach town and conveniently located so that we were able to explore up and down the coast without spending all day in a car. We would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome location, beach is just a 2 minute walk away! We enjoyed having the pool just steps from our room and the covered lanai was great! The owner was super nice and was in contact with me before and during our stay. Everything was as described in the listing! We will definitely consider staying here again if we decide to visit the area again!!

Had a great stay and the host had everything ready and waiting. This place is convenient to beach and National Park nearby. Quiet and my grandkids love the pool out the back door.

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. Everything was fully equipped and ready for us when we got there. The location was perfect, literally a 2 minute walk from the condo. It’s tucked back into the corner of the property and has easy pool access too. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. If you have a bigger family this probably isn’t the place, but for our family it was a perfect size to relax and have a great week! Val was wonderful and was quick to respond to any questions. The treehouse restaurant was suggested and absolutely delicious, and The Garlic restaurant was great too. Highly recommend finding the dunes and going swimming there if you are looking for less rough waters to go swimming. Especially if you have kiddos. We loved this location so much we ended up extending our stay and extra night. Val made the process so quick and easy to get another night. This is the perfect getaway for family and friends. Clean and perfect location. Quiet/casual setting and very convenient for restaurants, stores and the beach. We will be back.

This is the perfect accommodation for a relaxing beach vacation. Everything we could possibly need was provided here. It was very convenient being so close to the beach, and having the pool right out your back door. Val quickly responded to our questions and needs. The bicycles provided are a great perk! We enjoyed our stay very much and it had everything we needed for our family of 5. The property manager was excellent in responding to any questions or issues we had. The pool heater wasn't working, but we knew about that before our stay. The screened in patio was a beautiful place to enjoy a meal, morning coffee, and card games.
