Great for families. Quiet neighborhood.

The owner was helpful in every situation. We arrived 30 minutes early, after driving from Missouri, and he remotely opened the garage door, which was very much appreciated. The lanai had been damaged in the hurricane , but it was replaced by the time we arrived 5 weeks later. We all enjoyed the Hot Tub, and pool. My son even found a Junonia while out on a Go Cats!! We also went on the Dolphin Explorer, and enjoyed that cruise. We would definitely come back, it felt like home.

The property and house was nice. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Location was close to beaches and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and will definitely be back!

Family of 5 with kids ages 13, 10, and 5. Pool and jacuzzi heated was awesome! House was spacious! There is a BIG park right across the street with a huge playground and tons of outdoor activities! Owner communication was great! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Joe is very quick to respond and handled entry problem very quickly but did not care for the suggestions we made privately to make his home better. Inside the home was nice and overall a 4/5 stars. The pool and hot tub are 5/5 with all afternoon sun! The surrounding area of the pool is a huge space with lots to offer but needs work and could be much nicer and cleaner. A good power washing, some added lawn chairs and sitting areas would be great because the area is so big! Grill needed a good cleaning which we do at home so it was fine that we did it in order to use it. We did not bother Joe to get someone there because we wanted to use it that evening. The outdoor kitchen area was very nice otherwise and well used. Garage and entry way could be more organized. We stay in many rentals and for the price it needs a few changes. If you rent this home and any of this concerns you, message Joe with updates and I'm sure he will respond right away. Marco island is a beautiful place to stay with lots to do. Beach is not far, golf cart is nice but a vehicle works too. Especially since Marco is becoming less tolerant to them and the carts are as much as a car for the week. Some nice restaurants are just around the corner, two minute drive. Mackle park is right across the street with basketball courts for the older teens, play ground for little ones, and nice walking track even though we walked the neighborhoods. Farmers market was on Wednesday, highly suggest checking it out. Fruit bowls were excellent and well worth the $13.95! We rented a couple pontoons in Naples and spent one day in Keewahdin beach area which was awesome. One pontoon with slide and one without, each cheaper than the golf cart. Well worth the slide too! Marco Island is a great place to visit!

We loved staying at Joe’s house! Perfect location near the park, farmer’s market, museum, library, and short drive to beach. The kids enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaking the channel. The hot tub was nice to start and end our days and the outdoor bbq made it convenient to stay in for dinners. Would stay here again.

Great property and the location is nice being extremely close to a park/farmer's market. The available paddle boards and kayaks were a great amenity but didn't end up using as we were too busy. House was very clean and great space for a family or small group of adults to stay. Owner was available and responsive. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

The pool, pool area, and hot tub, were the highlights of this home! We did need to call the owner to turn pool temperature above 81 degrees. He controls the pool temperature from his phone. After my call, the temperature was great! This home is beautiful, but was in need of a through cleaning. Inside and in the pool area. We would rent it again but would verify the cleanliness before checking into the home.

Great to have a hot tub and pool during cooler months! The park right across the street is SO nice too and the farmers market once a week is amazing!!

In the high heat and humidity of the Florida summer, we needed beds, a kitchen and a pool. Joe's home comfortably slept 6 of us with room for more. The pool was perfect, the lanai was screened in so no problems with no-see-ums. The kitchen was well-equipped and we appreciated the poolside mini-fridge. Joe was a great host!

Two families shared this house (family of 4, family of 3) and we had our friends over (they rented the house across the street) and still had PLENTY of space to spare. The house is beautifully decorated. So much beautiful light coming in. We enjoyed cooking our meals while everyone was gathered in the kitchen. The outside grill was definitely put to good use. The pool was perfect (water/temp/size). The mango tree was a major bonus! The kids enjoyed themselves on the bikes around the area. We appreciated the beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cart for our beach trips. Joe, the owner, was always available via phone, text or email, but we did not have any issues enjoying our week stay. He even contacted me after our departure inquiring on an extra bike in the garage (ooops! It was from our friends house across the way). Our only misfortune is since the house is at the end of a canal, it wasn't a very good fishing spot for our fisherman friend (however, he did catch one sheephead). We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this beautiful home!

My family of 7 were so excited for this trip! Unfortunately, when we arrived we found a dirty pool area that included stained and dirty cushions on the sun loungers, a pool that was green and full of algae, ripped and torn seats on the bar stools (they were so damaged that you couldn't sit on them), an old and dirty bar top, weeds coming up through the concrete, a dirty sliding glass door with a filthy track, and we were able to sweep up multiple piles of dirt. My family was not able to use the pool for two days because of the algae. The inside of the house was fairly clean but the white cushions on the kitchen chairs were stained and dirty looking and there were dirty fingerprints on the white cupboards. The white fabric on the couch was dirty and stained. We did call Joe, the owner, and spoke to him about our dissatisfaction. Joe was apologetic and did have a pool company come out to clean up the algae. He told us the pool area was unkept as he had been working out there to prepare the area to have the old bar replaced within the next week and agreed to compensate us for every day we didn't stay if we decided to leave early. We were down to Marco Island with friends so we couldn't leave when we wanted to but we did leave two days early. We discussed being compensated for the missed pool days and having to deal with the grubby outside area but Joe hasn't agreed to anything but the two days we didn't stay. We have not been refunded any money yet. We have pictures to support all of our complaints.

This is a nice home for the price. It has a ton of potential to be an amazing home. The pictures in the listing are not accurate. They show pictures of 5 different rooms with beds and there are only 4, we were disappointed but made it work. Everything is not new as advertised and there are some odd functions to the home that take some adjustment. For example the front door does not have a latch and can only be kept shut by locking the deadbolt. Overall the house was pretty clean and the kitchen was new. I would stay again, but would defiantly look around for other homes first and save this as a backup option.

Our family had an amazing time! The house was so clean and included everything we could have needed. The kitchen had everything necessary to make our meals. The location was great. It was a short walk to Mackle park and a quick bike ride to beach access. Joe was fantastic to work with. He was always quick to respond to inquiries we had. He offered great tips for the area including travel, restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

The owner Joe was kind and amazingly responsive. We loved the pool and hot tub, the layout and available space in the house, proximity to the park and all of the cool extras like bikes, beach chairs, paddleboard , etc. On cooler days, we never managed to get the pool heated very warm (possibly user error) and it was a non event on the warmer days. None of the beds were super comfy from our perspective but that's often a matter of personal preference. The stuff we didn't love was small and minor and would definitely stay here again! I can’t emphasize enough how responsive Joe was to every request. Customer service par excellence! The property is just as described/displayed - no surprises. Arrival was flawless and all amenities worked properly and were fully enjoyed! Location was ideal with easy access to restaurants, beach, and Naples (golf). An issue occurred with the garage door sticking - a potential giant problem. I mention it only to re-emphasize how quickly we were answered when we raised the concern, how quickly it was addressed, and how satisfied we were. Zero impact on our stay! Main living space clearly recently updated - spacious and modern. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return without hesitation.

My family of 3 stayed there with a family of 5. We were all able to have our own spaces due to the various bedrooms and bathrooms separated by sliding barn doors. The kids enjoyed the pool and adults enjoyed the hot tub.

Marco Island was a beautiful clean place to stay. Joe was a great host, super accommodating and responsive. We had a group of us stay there and it fit us well.

The house was immaculate and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable and everything that we could possibly need was there! We enjoyed the hot tub and pool everyday. Surrounding area had lots of activities for people of every age. The owner was more than accommodating ,helpful, a great source of information for the area, and quick to respond. We really enjoyed staying in this vacation home. The home was spacious for our family and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive to anything we needed. We would book this home again.

We decided to drive to Florida from Chicago straight through the night to hide at this home for 10 days during Covid. It was perfect. New, clean and great location. We walked everyday, cooked every night and played lots of outside cards. Joe was very responsive for any questions we had before and during our stay.

House was excellent- lots of room. Pool, jacuzzi area was great. WiFi worked awesome for 3 kids elearning and two parents working! Would definitely return.

We had an AMAZING time at the house/Marco Thanksgiving week. Joe was responsive from the beginning all the way through to the end of the stay! Joe noted that he had just finished reno/updating the house and we were the first ones to rent! The house was beautiful, updated, pool and hot tub were perfect. Upon arriving at the house, we were gifted a delicious bottle of wine (nice touch). We had use of the bikes which we utilized the whole week! The location was right next to a nice bike path at Mackle Park. Speaking of location...it was a nice walk/run and short golf cart ride to the beach and also to our favorite areas - Bebe's Ice Cream, Oyster Society, Marco Prime, JW Marriott, Mini Golf, etc! Thank you, Joe! It was a magical week on Marco with our family and SO many memories were made.
