We had a great week staying here. It was centrally located for all the places we wanted to visit while near Venice (Stump Pass Beach State Park, Venice Pier, Caspersan Beach, Myakka River State Park, mangroves on Lido Key). It worked perfect for the 3 of us for a week of vacation here. Thanks!

Truly enjoyed staying at “Timeout”. Park has plenty of activities to enjoy including wildlife to view & photograph. Very nice pool, hot tub, & pickle ball court. All of the people staying there were friendly. Many beaches close by with lots of sharks teeth to find. Host was extremely helpful finding the place. Clean & comfortable. Highly recommend!

It was all good except for one of the beds-very uncomfortable-needs a topper mattress like the one bed had-so that was are only complaint

Great concert at Snook Haven Thursdays. Friendly neighbors brought us the monthly park activity newsletter which was very helpful. Wish we had participated in more activities. Main problem was heavy traffic coming and going from the park and congested traffic in general.

We stayed at this property while we were in Florida for a baseball tournament. It was the perfect place to stay and we enjoyed it. If we ever have to go down that way for a tournament we would stay there again.

This place was perfect for our stay - good location to hit several beaches and attractions along the gulf coast. Small, charming house in a quiet resort park with everything we needed to do some of our own cooking. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Would definitely stay there again!

Mike was a pleasure to work with - we had no issues at all. Check-in was easy, the home was clean, cozy, comfortable and did I mention CLEAN?! The resort is located close to everything that we needed and was the perfect place to cool off and rest our heads after long days outside. The pool is great, the neighbors are so friendly, and it was so quiet at night! The AC worked wonderfully as did the washer/dryer and having Satellite TV was a major plus! We give this place 5 stars and would give more if we could. We will definitely be back!

Spring Training Stay
We picked this property due to its location between Ft. Myers and Sarasota. Spring training ended up being canceled but we still found plenty to do, including a new beach every day and tons of great restaurants.

Very comfortable
I loved the home and the gated access however I didn't realize the park would be so full. There is constant activity from early morning through sunset but everyone keeps to themselves and we enjoyed coming and going while knowing our belongings were safe and we had a nice, clean home to come back to.

This tiny home was exceptional. It met all our expectations. The neighbors were very friendly. We enjoyed exploring the area during our visit. Even when weather kept us inside it was a very pleasant experience as we had all the comforts of home. We plan on visiting the area again and hope that Timeout is available. Cosy, Comfortable and Cute
We spent a few nights during the holidays in Venice, and loved the Timeout rental. The amenities like a dishwasher, full size refrigerator, and large washer and dryer were so convenient. It's a short walk (or golf cart ride) to the Myakka river, the community pool/hot tub, or just looking at all the neighborhood Christmas lights and decorations.

Nice place
Nice place but when checking out, the owner requested that we take the sheets off the beds and bring the trash out to the front area and throw away. We paid almost $200 cleaning fee, so I thought it was much to ask of us!!! It would literally take an hour to clean up the house!

Perfect getaway with the family!
Mike and Cindy were great hosts and quickly responding to any questions we had. Even though the maximum capacity was 4 people, we have 5 in our family that includes two teenagers and 1 toddler. They had no issue with this and we gladly booked. This was our first tiny home experience and it was an absolute success! The home is beautiful and is exactly as described. There was a beach tent and little beach toys stored in the outside storage for use but we brought our own so we didn’t need them. Towels and sheets were clean, extra pillows available, the beds were very comfortable, and we truly felt at home. 20 minutes in either direction takes you to some of the most beautiful beaches but the community itself was just as peaceful and enjoyable. Thanks again for your hospitality Mike and Cindy! We hope to rerun soon!

Great resort with large pool, hot tub, fishing on site and golf cart rental. We visited during the off season. Restaurants and publix within 2 miles.

Very well equipped home. Great options 8gor onsite entertaining. Owner was very attentive, but not intrusive at all.Good location. This is proba ly one of the best units in the park! Remember this is a resort style community! Ypu can also rent a golf cart for your stay.

Great place to stay!
We had a wonderful time here! It was a cute little house but we didn’t need much room. The neighbors are all so friendly and it’s a straight shot to the beach. Our only wish was that they listed out more of the amenities of the clubhouse/play area and how some of it worked. There is so much available and we didn’t know about some of it until toward the end of our stay. This is a great place to stay and we hope to come back!

Too Short
I ended up leaving after 2 days because of a family death but my husband stayed. He absolutely loved it there. The 2 days I was there I loved it too. It was super clean, well supplied and the park was wonderful as we're the folks there. Would we stay there again, you betcha!
