We loved our stay! The host was really helpful and available for questions and suggestions. The condo was so so clean. The beds were really comfortable. I spent most of my time enjoying all of the views from our balcony, even the people-watching. It was so easy to visit the beach, the bay, and the pool all in one day. The night life is loud with such a prime location, but my AirPods took care of that problem. The music always ended right on schedule. We would love to visit again!

This is our third year vacationing in Dewey but this was our best stay. Jason was easy to get in touch with and prompt with responding to questions. He was in town at the town of our arrival and came to meet us at the condo. He showed us to our unit and was friendly and helpful. The unit was extremely clean, which is the most important thing for us. It was also fully stocked with things we were able to use, which was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely book his condo every year now!

Had a wonderful stay at this very clean and comfortably decorated condo. Communication before and throughout was fantastic. We know the area well but they had great recommendations on food and things to do.

Residences @ Lighthouse Cove, is a special place to escape. Securing this penthouse made for an over the top stay. It’s location is perfect; neither too close or far from all the amenities or parking to elevator! The LHC amenities are unparalleled! Most of all the entire family is welcome, be them two footed or four 🐾 pawed! Of our many Lighthouse stays, this unit was immaculate, fully stocked (bikes, beach chairs, sheets, towels, kitchen & cooking wares), beautifully appointed & comfortably furnished from the inviting sectional to therapeutic mattress! All this & a readily available host! Jason was terrific, helpful, & accommodating. We have found THE Lighthouse Cove residence we hope & plan to return to time & again!

This property was exactly as advertised. Clean and beautifully furnished. It is located on the bayside but just a quick walk to the oceanside. We easily walked to lots of restaurants and had a perfect view of Rehoboth Beach's fireworks from our balcony!
The restaurant and bar across the street was very busy and they played live music until 1 am. The owner told us about this at check-in and provided a white noise machine to help with this. It was a holiday weekend so the noise was pretty loud. If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs.
Having said that, we would definately stay here again! The pool was fantastic and has a great view of the bay. The owner met us for an early check-in and made sure we knew how to access all the amenities. He provided an extensive list of local information that was very helpful. We had the best of everything in this rental and look forward to staying again!

My friend and three teens stayed here for two nights. It was perfection. The location was great, the pool was lovely, the living space was beautiful. Loved the walkable environment and the Lighthouse had delicious food options. We grilled one night and loved that too. Our host kindly talked us into the place. Easy peasy. Great experience and you can not go wrong staying here
The place was perfect for my family of 4. It was clean and great amenities inside and on the property with the pool, gym, bay beach, two bikes to use and umbrella and chairs. We brought nothing to the beach and it worked out perfect. I am renting this place for 2.5 weeks this summer. The house manager, Jason, was super attentive and responded immediately. The best host I have ever dealt with. He even got a brand new king size bed and new sofa right before we got there. The best part is you can sit on the balcony and here all the live music without going to the rusty rudder but quiet when we wanted to go to sleep. Best place in Dewey beach.

Perfect stay
I needed a place that was handicap accessible as my parents were joining my family to a weekend soccer tournament. Our stay was great. Elevator, parking and three nearby restaurants made the stay easy. Only problem that my parents had was the bed was high and hard for her to get in.

Great Vacation Condo
The condo at the Hyatt Place was as advertised, clean, luxurious, and convenient to all Dewey Beach activities and Restaurants. My wife and I along with her sister and son stayed in the 2 bedroom condo. I booked a hotel room at the Hyatt Place for my Grandsons (25yrs old and16yrs old) and another room for my Granddaughter (22 yrs old). Having the Hotel in the same building as the Condo was very convenient.
My wife commented that the kitchen in the Condo was well equipped. She cooked several meals and had all the utensils required to cook up and serve the meals.
The restaurants near the hotel were great for dining and entertainment. We walked to the Restaurants and did not have to worry about driving after we had a few :-).
We will rent this unit again.

Lovely condo in great location, within walking distance to beach, restaurants and bars. Nice pool and bay beach great for families and dogs! There was a bonfire on night with smores packets provided!
