I had a great experience of staying at LE KREE HOTEL. The team member is amazing, breakfast is very delicious, especially bedroom is so beautiful and comfortable sleep. Gym room is amazing.

location to the airport, front desk staff, dinner at the restaurant and service, breakfast was ok that’s included.

hotel manager yelled at my wife and then when he came to the room and seen me he calmed down! the safe didn’t work, The AC was not working good until they came in and cleaned the filters and refilled the Freon, the bathroom shower drain was clogged so the bathroom flooded until I fixed that. oh here’s the best one! the fridge in the room was warm and he said they are all like that? guess they like warm water and spoiled food. breakfast was ok. charged 2.75 US for a second cup of instant coffee and I ordered the American breakfast as the free meal and added pancakes but the bill came and they did a switch so the $4.50 pancakes was the free meal and then charged $7.50 for the American breakfast. of course that didn’t happen as I made then change that. also my eggs came out ICE cold!! did make me new eggs and at check out they were sorry so that’s why I won’t give a lower score.

It is a very beautiful hotel in the urban area of Phnom Penh, nearby shopping center and airport. Breakfast is very delicious. Staff member is very friendly and helpful. Gym facilities AWESOME!!!

Rooms unclean I booked three rooms Shower stall had hair, linen stained, baby cockroach ..bath mat had to be changed it was unwashed!!

For a single night stay near the airport for an early departute everything was perfect. Friendly and helpful staff, good food (with a large selection of cuisines), comfortable room, all as shown on website. The hotel arranged transfer arrived early with a friendly and helpful driver. Will definitely stay there again next time I need an airport hotel.

I was only here for a one night stopover, to be close to the airport, and it was perfect. 10 minutes by Tuk Tuk. I requested an extra quiet room and the staff went over and above to get me the perfect room, for a restful night and sleep. I had the most delicious Chicken Breast with Mushroom sauce dinner and a “Cosmopolitan” cocktail that tasted like heaven at the hotel cafe/bar. As I arrived early evening, the hotel cafe/restaurant seemed like the best idea for dinner, and it didn’t disappoint, so many choices. I had an early flight the next morning and staff arranged a Tuk Tuk at my request (only $2.50) to get me to the airport at 6.30am. Everything went so smoothly, stress free….and the staff were attentive, on the ball and very professional. Thank you.

Price was okay for an overseas traveller though a lot of locals were saying we paid too much for a place like that. The took took driver charged 10 USD per trip. When using the grab app it was less than a quarter for the same trip so they were trying to take advantage of tourist. One of the receptionist said the didn't have change amd the other said they did. They wanted to charge a few dollars per piece of equipment when washing is put in the same washing machine. Very pricey far cheaper in Australia.
