My family and I rented this house so that we could show my new son-in-law what the OBX are like. This house was the perfect place to do that. The check in was very easy. The owner made sure to communicate with me and also offered helpful advise for the local attractions and shopping. The house was just a quick walk to the beach access and that section of the beach was not crowded at all! All in all we had a wonderful time and made wonderful memories that we will cherish forever!

Few little constructive comments :
The deck is very old and the kids gots many wood splinters in their feets
No outside table to have supper on the deck, or a screen closed set to be able to spend more time outside
No plastic dinnerware for kids
The bedroom with 2 single beds…are not so comfortable :/
But overall, great Time in the outerbanks once again :)

We have never rented a home nor visited OBX. Both were amazing and exactly what we wanted. The house was beyond what we hoped for. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, balancing gave the best view of the Milky Way and on top of that, Dean made the entire process easier and more enjoyable. He responded to every email and I sent a lot. He was pleasant and full of wonderful information. Between the warm and welcome of Dean, fantastic house, various beach spots, delicious food places and the best coffee at Alien Java, our vacation can be summed up with one word: perfect!

We were so impressed with this house! It was meticulously cleaned and sooo cozy with ample seating inside and out. We watched shooting stars every night on the wrap around porch and spotted deer grazing on the lawn at sunset.
This was a great place to bring our kids (they LOVED the bunk beds) and a great place to unwind and relax.

We enjoyed five weeks here as part of our sabbatical and were so so pleased. The quiet of the neighborhood and home-like feeling of the house fit us so well. You can bike to ice cream with an easy walk (or short bike) to the beach at the end of the road. Everything was clean and comfortable and the owner was very helpful. The deck was amazing with privacy all around. Couldn’t have asked for more!

The house is on a quiet street, very close to the beach. Nice outdoor shower, interior was just right for our family, enough comfortable couches and chairs. Convenient to a surprisingly affordable super market. The washer and dryer sure came in handy! :-) the host was very good with communication and made sure we were good to go with all needed things. Overall we were very pleased with our first VRBO experience.

We just wanted to get away from Indiana for fall break. My son took two friends, and the SeaGoal was perfect for us. It was clean, and everything that the listing said. We had a great time, and Hattaras is a tranquil place this time of year. The surge shack had all the toys the boys needed, which saved us from hauling some stuff. Some construction was nearby, but we were at the beach most of the day anyway! Dean is a most attentive host and gave good suggestions as well. We always love the OBX, and this was no exception.

The house was very easy to get to/check into , this was one of the cleanest houses we have stayed in! I had my two kids who are 2 and 4 and everything was safe , decks have gates , beautiful view and easy walk to beach ! Just an amazing stay overall !

This house was so comfortable! Walk to the beach, take a nap, walk back to the beach! The beach was so close, that you weren’t stuck there for the day! Lots of great restaurants, excursions and stores. Lots to do, but not commercial at all!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Property was consistent with the advertisement. A fabulous wrap around deck for reading or looking at the stars. Comfortable kitchen and living room/TV area. Bathrooms were clean and functional. The private beach was close and beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. The hairdryer in the master BR does not work. And a couple of pans in the kitchen need to be replaced (frying pan warped and teflon falling off). Property really designed for family with young children rather than two adult couples and you may want to highlight that in your advertising. All and all, it was great trip and we enjoyed our stay.

This wonderful place is even better than it looks. The communal areas are so comfy and the views are special. We adored our stay and Dean was so chill and kind. We stayed at the property for about 5 days in early April. We found it comfortable and adequate in all aspects. The uppermost level is literally sun drenched and the wrap around deck offers views of the ocean. As a family of 4, we were primarily looking to escape the busyness of city life and that is easy to achieve in Frisco, NC. We would love to stay here again. Dean was super responsive with any questions we had.

This was our first time in the outer banks, we enjoyed every minute. Dean was very responsive when I had a question or concerns regarding anything you could need. He also suggested a few restaurants that were amazing. Just everything we hoped and wanted from the time the experience went above and beyond. Thank you, Dean! We had a wonderful time. We spent our days between the beach right at the end of the street that the house is on and paddleboarding on the sound just across the main road. Both were so close and absolutely delightful—truly a private beach, which makes all the difference! The house was clean, roomy, and so pretty inside and out. We spent lots of time out on the decks watching sunsets and relaxing late into the evenings. The (bigger than usual) warm water outdoor shower was a blessing! Beds, couches, chairs and even the deck furniture was sturdy, very comfortable and in great shape. Dean responded immediately to a few simple requests we had and made our stay that much more enjoyable. We were so grateful that this location worked out perfectly for our group—from teens up to 80 year olds and everything in between. We loved it!

We had a perfect stay at this amazing home. Just a short walk down the end of the cup-de-sac to the beach, which had only a few other families. The home was perfect and had everything we needed. Easy instructions, easy to work with. We hope to be back soon.

Awesome Beach House!
We had a wonderful family vacation! The location of the house was perfect for fun in the sun and surf. The house was super clean had a great wrap around deck. The kids had their own bedroom, enjoyed indoor games, boogie boards, beach toys etc. The outside shower was perfect for cleaning up after a day at the beach. Overall we give this rental 5 stars.
