Location

No AC in the rooms, got very hot and sweaty, jade to open window as a result and the road noise woke me up very early. Vending machine wasn't refreshed in 4 days so there wasn't any bottled water available

Good location, just minutes away from the Darmstadt Hauptbahnhof, and less than 30 minutes away from the city center on foot, if you're up for a stroll. A Rewe nearby came in handy as well. The room was spacious, with a very well equipped kitchen, big bathroom and shower.

What i personally missed are some sheer curtains for the floor to ceiling windows, for privacy during the day, as the building in front was pretty close and being on the first floor, one could see inside the room even from the sidewalk if windows were not covered. Also the matress was very soft, which did not make for a very comfortable sleep for me.

Kitchen equipment was handy. Temperature in the room was OK and easily controlled. The roof terrace is enjoyable.

VERY dirty (floor, walls and bathroom equipments). Cleaning services were supposed to come twice during our stay but they never showed up despite our several requests. The staff was unhelpful, purposely deceitful and bordeline mean. The air extractor was noisy and smelly, and could not be controled manually. All the bathroom pipes were plugged and once again very smelly. Only one small pillow, one bed-sheet for the whole stay, plus the blanket is smaller than the bed.

I liked that it was all automated, I didn't have any problems. I got my access code and didn't need any further assistance. The room was equipped with new furniture and facilities and it was very clean. It's near the central train station and the city center is nearby (20 min by walking or 5 min by tram which is nearby). I had everything that I needed and even there were small gift bags which is very thoughtful! Very nice property for an affordable price!

Towels should be changed at least once a week. Additional cleaning is not necessary if the guest does not request it, only maybe trash should be taken out (or there should be more trashbags if the guest should take the trash out by himself). But, the staff is very helpful if you ask for something and that kind of erases all of the above-mentioned criticism.

Everything you need is available in your apartment room; suitable for short and even longer term stays; they have a cleaning service and everything worked well

Very clean .. a relaxed energy and definitely very child friendly! Was there for a month with a toddler. Very secure and relaxing stay. I have been to a few apartments and hotels in my life but this was by far one of my favourites with child
