Jamell was so helpful and took our request for information by returning our requests very quickly-very important for a stay! very niceplace for a group esoecially a family with young children or young people with one large bedroom and a c game room.

Had such a wonderful time at this home. It is set back off the road and surrounded by trees which makes it feel very secluded. Loved the multiple outside areas for all of our activities. The BUNK ROOM was a game changer. The younger group played games, ping pong and fooseball for hours. The dock and upper deck were very comfortable and the view was beautiful. You could see the boat launch area from the deck! Very convenient for our family member that brought his boat. We couldn't have asked for a better home or location- 5 minutes from a family member's condo for additional water sports. PERFECT!!

It was a great place to get away and relax. We reunited with some old friends. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the game room and sitting on the deck. Very quiet and set back by its self in the trees.

We came down for Fathers day weekend with our family. The house was very nice and everything was well appointed and everything was labeled clearly. Since there was no one sitating the Sunday we checked out the owners were nice enough to give us an11:00 check-out. That really helped with 20 something children not prone to getting up early. I am not sure if this is normal now with VRBO but this property had a rental rate of around $450 a night but after all of the various fees it was a few dollars short of $1000 a night. I have stayed at several lake house properties and my expectations for a $1000 a night are high. So with that in mind following are some observations. It was hot the weekend we stayed and the house air kept it comfortable. However the small unit in the game room could not cool enough to use the room. Keep in mind if you are coming during hot weather. The house is off of the lake with many trees blocking the view of lake. When I think of a lake house I would like to be more on the lake. We rent lake houses to use the lake. We have a boat and ease of docking and being able to get on and off the lake is important. The dock is in the back of a very shallow cove. This made docking very difficult. Keep in mind if you have a boat. Also very brackish, would not go swimming. The owner did warn me of this once I was able to contact her but by that time it was too late to change our reservation. The property itself is very nice inside and out.

My friends gathered at this lovely home for a few days in early June. We had a wonderful time. We did feel the need to wash the sheets on the beds in the bunk house the first night because they looked like they needed washing. Other than that everything was as advertised.

The trees surrounding the property were beautiful. The dock made for a pretty lake view, and we so enjoyed ping pong, foosball, and the backporch and breezeway for fun family time.

This property was fantastic. House was beautiful with plenty of room. Bunkhouse with gameroom worked perfectly with our big family…kids loved it. House was clean and well furnished. Janelle had put up Christmas decorations which was a great surprise. Big deck area was really nice for activities. Plenty of outdoor area for games and kids activities. Double deck dock was easily accessible. We would have spent more time there except it was a little cold. Highly recommend this property. Janelle was easy to work with and very responsive over the weekend!

This house was just as described and looked just like the photos. It was very comfortable and the owners even had Christmas decorations up. The kitchen had everything we could ever need. We hope to come back someday.

Four generations gathered for Thanksgiving week from across the state. The weather wasn't great, so we weren't able to use the lake amenities, but we never ran out of things to do. The kids enjoyed the game room and bunking in the bunk house, away from the adults. The kitchen is well stocked and the town of Granbury was a pleasant surprise - just like a Hallmark town. Lots of cute shops and plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. Ft Worth is a short drive away. Great week and looking forward to coming back when the weather is better so we can get out on the lake for fishing and fun.

The house and grounds were beautiful! This was our first trip like this. Looking to do it for Thanksgiving.

The house is beautiful the bunk house is perfect with ping pong foos ball for all ages the deck over looking the walk down to the lake is wonderful it is one of the best places to take your family to get away and just cook out and enjoy one and other we will be back!! This is a 5 star house for sure!!

Overall our stay was good - but a few objections.. there is limited time in the house for a rather high price. 10:00 is early to be out - especially when the housekeeper is standing out front with her arms folded at 9:45. Bunkhouse shower had a wad of hair in it but rest of house was clean. Outdoor space and deck are beautiful. Living area is smaller than it looks on line. Adequate for 6 - crowded for 7. Plenty of sleeping area and comfortable beds

11 family members spent our biennial Christmas celebration house party for three days at this lovely property. We have been renting properties every other year since 2005 and this was by far the best for us! Everything was just as it was presented and the owner even put up a Christmas tree!! The beds were great and plenty of room throughout for everyone. Lots of fun was had in the game room with ping pong and foosball competitions! We love the back deck, and the beautiful walkway down to the lake. Some of our group did some fishing, we played games, sang karaoke and cooked outside. We had a wonderful time and everyone feels the same way about this location; we will be back!

Everything was seamless going into staying at this property and once my group got there it stayed that way. The outdoor spaces provide for a great opportunity to enjoy the nice weather, have a bonfire, cook some food on the grill, fishing, meditating on the dock, or just telling stories with family and friends. When in the area in the future I will be renting this place again.

This is a great property with a great location. There is plenty of room to spread out and do different activities inside or out. It does have a small kitchen, just something to be aware of if you are planning on cooking big meals. It is close to town if you need to go get something. Great spot, fair price. We enjoyed our weekend there.

I had a wonderful time! I would choose this place again.

This is a great place that can handle a crowd without feeling cramped. They thought of everything at this property, with items that I didn't even realize that I might need on a long weekend available. The double-decker dock was a nice place to go to fish and enjoy the breeze off of the lake. Despite the off-and-on rain throughout our stay, the large covered porch area and outdoor kitchen made for a great place to relax outdoors while still staying dry. The downstairs section of the bunk house has many activities and games to entertain for hours.

Area is perfect and so nice loved it.

We probably planned the worst weekend for a getaway! In spite of the weather we had a great time. Hope to return to this rental in the future. Our property manager was so caring and helpful.
