Friendly hosts who provided a lovely, spacious environment. Cooked breakfasts were a treat. Hosts went 'out of their way' to make our stay enjoyable.

It would have been helpful to have available a clothes-horse to air our towels and clothing. We had a short stay but if we were to stay longer access to washing and ironing facilities would be helpful.

This is a model B&B. Everything about it was superb, from the welcoming helpful owners, Sue and John, to the beautifully decorated and spacious accommodation and the delicious food. Walls of windows look onto a lovely garden and there are BBQ facilities if needed. The indoor kitchen area is well equipped. Everything you could need for a comfortable and delightful stay is provided - soft couches, a super-comfy large bed and pillows with quality bedlinen, several perfectly placed bedlights (how often is that neglected), games and books. The tasteful blue and white beachy decor includes an array of wonderful quirky lighthouses gathered by the hosts over the years. And the food! When we arrived, at the centre of the table was a scrumptious home-made chocolate and banana cake, and the cooked brekky we opted for was a wonderful hearty send-off, complete with homemade bread (remaining cake and bread went home with us - yum). The whole experience was a treat.

Comfortable, clean and very relaxing. Outdoor was excellent as we enjoyed three meals outside. Our hosts were friendly and very accommodating. It was a pleasure to stay there.

From the cute little cake on arrival to the home baked bread, everything was perfect! A good base to cover the region! Hosts John and Sue were friendly and available if needed. The cooked breakfast was amazing too!!

The facility is well situated with easy reach to whatever you need/want. The hosts are great and will go out of their way for you.

We never tried the brekky but it all looked delicious including the home made bread. The yoghurt and lemon cake (left as a treat) was absolutely awesome, and worth coming back for just to get some more.

An unco-operative smoke detector. Our hosts were very gracious, embarrassed and apologetic however and we did feel very sorry for them, as they were awaiting a service technician to replace the said unit on the Monday after our stay. On a positive note the detectors installed were of a high quality and inter-linked with the main house as per requirements in much larger facilities, which shows that our hosts take both the safety and comfort of their guests very seriously. Congratulations!
