The property was in a good location.

It was very easy to hear peoples’ conversations just outside the bedroom window. When the heater came on, it was loud. There were a lot of pipes banging. The property could have been cleaner. There was some chocolate looking some on the walls by the kitchen table. There was a stain on the mattress of the pullout couch. There was a mystery stain on the bed skirt. The shower curtain liner had mold on the bottom of it. Someone could have cleaned the sliding glass door. We cleaned part of it so that we could see through the door more clearly.

I loved the view from the room. I was also a big fan of the in unit washer/dryer stack and dishwasher.

The beds were so uncomfortable- the 2 main beds in the bedroom felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The main queen mattress also felt like a spring was poking through and poking my back or my wife’s back- depending on what side we were on. The sofa couch was softer, but it is a sofa couch and you could definitely feel the crossbars and springs underneath. I understand that you get what you pay for… but I think for almost $4000/1 week you should be able to get a decent night’s sleep. I have had more comfortable beds at cheap 2 star motels.

Never knew there was a breakfast or whrre to get it.

Parking is too tight. Air conditioning did not work upon arrival. It was 84 degrees inside. No one answered the emergency number.

The location was amazing. Right on the water and decent amenities! Easy walking distance with restaurants. Easy access to the beach. Would come back, but would maybe try to get more information from on-site staff before check in.

The water and hot water was turned off and the house keeping had not turned it back on. Therefore for most of our trip we didn’t have usable water. Due to the water being off it came out very rusty and gross at first

I liked the ocean view and the comfort in the home

208 Dover needs a thorough cleaning. Bathroom vent blocked with dust. Still pay top price for sea colony passes even though no shuttle and only one outdoor pool available during our stay.
