Our stay was great, we had no issues in any way.

Sextant is very clean, convenient and spacious. It's like home away from home it had everything described, and the communication was hands on. Easy check in, the building smells amazing, friendly staff I will definitely stay here in the future.

This apartment suited our needs. Don't expect anything too fancy or luxurious but there was plenty of space and communication with the host was excellent.

Our stay was nice enough, but had I known certain things ahead of time I would not have booked here, so sharing my experience for reference. We are from the northeast and wanted a vacation where we could relax by the pool in the sun. This place is better as a homemade for someone wanting a lot of nightlife or that doesn't mind the noise. Pros: - very clean - spacious, as pictured - on-site staff were all very helpful and friendly - close proximity to downtown restaurants and shopping Cons: - pool is not in the same building as the unit, it's across the street in the sister building - at least while we were there, the pool was in the shade the majority of the day - only about 2 hours where the sun wasn't behind neighboring buildings. - one of those neighboring buildings was under massive construction, so it was very loud (big trucks beeping and loud drilling all damn day), and construction dust was blowing into the pool area. - generally a loud neighborhood, close to highway - while off-site management staff were quick to respond and friendly, they weren't always helpful in actually addressing/solving a question/issue. Had we not paid such a premium I wouldn't complain so much, but since it's expensive I expected more.

The stay was great! The rooms were very clean and the host treated us well and responded in a timely manner. The only thing I would say that wasn't so great is the washing machine not working properly. Everything else was worth the stay.
