We had a great time with 4 separate families. Each of the bedrooms had its own bathroom with shower which gave you space and privacy when needed. Parts of the house are a bit dated, but that’s a bit of the charm of the house (the ‘80’s wants its microwave back). The lake is about a two stones throw away from the house. The Lahoma market is 4 or so minutes South for grabbing quick groceries or one of their awesome sandwiches. Tahoe City Safeway is 15 minutes or so for bigger shopping trips. Made it to South Shore casinos in 45 or 50 minutes on Sunday of Labor Day weekend. The backyard deck is very relaxing. Love it here!

If you want to take advantage of Lakeview and outdoors, this house offered great rooms with ensuite restrooms for a large family. If you are an indoor family during summer, there are plenty space to spread but there isn’t good amount of natural lights (by design). The house has an old charm, and an amazing back yard with proximity to the real nature. We were able to see a real bear roaming around in the neighborhood, which was very exciting.

The location was great as was the floor plan with plenty of space to enjoy indoors and outdoors. Loved the bathrooms attached to each room and made it easy for our group of adults. The lakefront is right down the street and was walking distance to Homewood resort.

Nice location house outdated
Property located on nice location but the house is really outdated! We rented this place in the winter. The room with crib was super super cold even with heater on while the rest of the property was warm, I had to fix the toilet because it didn’t flush! The light switches and hand rails were super dirty! The dining chairs were falling apart! Not enough lighting in the entire house and the property in the pictures are totally different from actuality! The dishes were also dirty! Very disappointed on the rental of this property I will not rent this property again!

This house was perfect for us…. Affordable (as affordable as things are in that area) and close to the lake. Plenty of space for 3 families with small kids.
Minor complaints: no AC which means it was quite hot in the house for us Texans, and the beds were plentiful, but not terribly comfy.
All in all, would definitely stay there again…but would bring my own pillow and pray for a cold front.

Great space and location for a group of 12. The house was stocked with games, movies, and cooking necessities. The HOA beach was perfect for all ages.
