House was nice, loved the location

We were there for a cheer competition. This house exceeded my expectations. It was close to the beach and everything in town was a 5 min drive. I definitely will be returning

Conveniently located a block away from the ocean. We had a wonderful family weekend. Nice that the garage is open and functional. A great place to remove wet clothing out of the wind.

Our stay was awesome. The only thing that needs fixed is the front door jss as m and the knives are extremely dull. Very fixable. We really enjoyed our stay.

House was clean and easy to find. A block from access to ocean and beach. Dog friendly with enclosed yard, he approved. Convenient to all places in the area. South of the main town, road straight to town with light traffic. Small store and great restaurant and bar around corner with everything to offer.

The layout of the home was perfect, plenty of towels and beds. Kitchen was well equipped with all things needed for cooking and serving. Backyard was a full deck with plenty of seating. Short walk to the prom and the beach. Perfect for our dog too!

The house was just the right size for 8 of us and a dog. Very quiet neighborhood and very close to everything. The kids loved the games, every night they played something.

The property was spacious, well appointed, served us very well. It certainly is a property that we would consider using in the future. It is a great location and had all the amenities we needed.

We loved this house! It had toys for the kids and sand toys for the beach along with bikes in the garage. Plus, it was only 1 block from the beach!! The only thing we needed was some Tupperware and cooking spray to use before and after cooking. Otherwise, it was comfortable andmet all our needs!

This house is huge, very comfortable and right next to the beach. So many extras, the beach bikes we’re a ton of fun. Wagons, chairs and beach toys made bin fire nights easy. Huge deck out back. 8 adults and one dog were super impressed.

This home is situated about six blocks south of the busy downtown commercial hub. Close enough to access, but far enough away from heavy tourist activity. The home is well outfitted. We were quite comfortable. We love that it is such an easy walk down to the beach.

When I first arrived there was a few minor cleaning issues, I reached out to the property team and they were right on it and ready to resolve my concerns and I REALLY appreciated that. Besides that I had the BEST time at this beach rental. It was very roomy and comfortable for 5 adults. It was a short distance from the strip, Safeway and other eateries. The backyard was so beautiful and spacious. I will definitely return here again.

Great house, great deck, great location, very well stocked and very clean. Our Danish family was very impressed and the great weather helped! Had a great time, would book this property again!

This was as advertised. Clean house, plenty of room for the whole family, fully furnished and close to the beach. 5 minutes to downtown Seaside and about 10 minutes to Cannon Beach. Great stay and would book this again with no hesitation!

Had everything we needed; crab pots, clam Diggers & bags, bicycles, firewood, silverware, pots/pans, bbq... everything. House is roomier than it looks. We'll do again. Close to everything.

The dishwasher and washer/dryer all got used during our trip. It rained nearly the entire time we were there, so we didn’t get to make use of the large deck or BBQ in the back. If you choose, you could walk (3/4 mile) to the main strip for restaurants, ice cream/candy shops, and arcades. There is a nice little café about a block down the street for access to breakfast/coffee/espresso. Everything else you would need is just a few minutes drive away. And if you want to spend time in Cannon Beach and Haystack Rock, you’re about a 10 minute drive away. Good location, good accommodations, and amenities. I would recommend the Seaside Serenade.

The experience was ok. The house was confortable and clean. When I call for a reason, I had good customer service. The only thing I did not like is I got no response to my emails and we had a confusion with the bill. If my email would have been answered we would have avoided that issue.

This house is from 1997 and it shows but it is such a gem. It has everything you need including bikes and beach toys. The best thing about this house is the location! You can walk to the the turn around on the prom in 15 min and you can walk to the beach in 2 minutes. It is a quiet neighborhood away from downtown which is great! I will be back to this property for sure. Also, you can see little sneak peeks of the ocean from the upstairs of the house which is a huge bonus!

Two of us could be relaxing watching a movie, while the others were in the dining room working on a puzzle, and we still felt together and could talk. The rooms were very nice, especially the primary bedroom. Don't expect to be able to sleep in though, because the house has skylights in the secondary bedrooms that will definitely shine brightly in the mornings. The house is not beachfront, but a stones throw from the beach. Literally a 3 min walk to a beach path, which was wonderful, especially for rushing out to catch sunsets. You are also far enough removed from the main strip to avoid the rabble, but only a very quick couple block drive to get to the boardwalk. Speaking of walking, there was a lovely food place within 5 min walking distance called the "Osprey Cafe." Their breakfast sandwiched and burritos were to die for. There's also a walkable grocery store called "Hamilton Market" that carried a good selection of the basics as well as "natural" food options. 10/10 would stay here again, next time I want to be in Seaside.

Getting the keys and putting them away was quite difficult. Had to leave keys in the bowl on the island. Need an ice cream scoop. Clean, pleasant wonderful. Thanks

We really enjoyed our stay but not the best for handicap folks as we were told the master bdrm was downstairs and it was not. Also neither shower had any safety handles so were unable to use the showers. But most of all my parents who are 80 yrs old and had to sit in the cold for almost 2 hrs while we had to wait for someone to come get furnace to work.

Loved the house, it was amazing!
