The staff were very friendly and didn't mind that I arrived late. The room was very nice and after a days riding, and a weeks camping it just felt amazing to be showered and alone. The breakfast was really good too.

Nice hotel, better than expected based on the reviews. It is run by a very nice couple that was super friendly: newly refurnished bathrooms (2022) and a restaurant with delicious homemade German and Italian food.

In the corridor of the hotel, there was a bit smell of cigarettes. But in the rooms, everything was good.

Very clean, comfortable, family-run hotel in a small village by the Mosel. The owners were very friendly and courteous, and welcomed us with a place to securely store our bicycles for the night. We enjoyed a good rest in the beds, and the shower was warm, so no complaints. Breakfast was generous, and we were invited to make sandwiches for our journey, which was a plus. We would definitely stay here again!

No hand soap was provided, just sachets of shower gel. Soap waste is a common problem in hotels, so I definitely understand this, but might suggest to install soap dispensers in the bathrooms for this purpose. Otherwise, no other issues at all!
