We rented this property as an adjunct for a larger group but really enjoyed our time here. The location and the facility are great and the host is the best! Highly recommended.

Like last year, the house was exceptionally clean upon arrival. Owner was responsive to queries. Full kitchen allowed for hassle-free cooking. Amenities were luxurious. Location is perfect. Truly, the best in Bend.

Our stay at Bend was amazing. The house was more than we had hoped for. It was more of than large enough for two families to fit very comfortably. Every detail had been thought through. It was incredibly clean and the most amazingly stocked kitchen. The communication with Andrew was excellent. Always replied to emails quickly and happy to answer questions about the house. We will be back.

These hosts treat guests like I do in my own home. Every room had exactly what you needed (extra pillows, blankets, etc) and the kitchen was so well stocked we literally didn't have a moment all weekend that we needed something that wasn't already there. This was a wonderful property for five couples, the communication with ownership was great they were very responsive to our needs. The kitchen was amazing and stocked beyond belief. We had an awesome time and would highly recommend staying there.

We absolutely loved staying here! The house is beautiful and in a perfect location. The community was perfect for adults and kids. Every room in the house was comfortable for couples and the large open layout allowed us all to hang out together. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are comfortable and have everything they need. The house of fully stocked with essentials. Beautiful property, well-organized kitchen, spacious, clean, great furniture and decor! We had such a wonderful stay here and all of our friends said how this was one of the nicest homes they've ever stayed at in Bend! The owner was also quick to respond when we wanted the hot tub to be cleaned (still some stuff at the bottom of it) but someone came out right away to clean the sides which we were most concerned about. Would love to stay at this property again.

Cannot say enough about this amazing property. Our 5 night stay exceeded our expectations! The home was immaculately maintained, beautifully decorated and had everything one could need and then some. Do not hesitate if you’re considering a stay here. Andrew was a pleasure to interact with, provided great area recommendations and was always available to answer our questions and provide assistance. The home is conveniently located between Bend and Mt. Bachelor and is a great home base to explore everything the region has to offer. Our group of 12 visited from Florida over Spring Break in April and had the most wonderful time making memories here. Next time we visit Bend we will no doubt return!

We loved the kitchen and large dining room table for our group of 12! The house was very comfortable and spacious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the amenities - especially the ski boot driers. :) This has been one of the best vacation rentals any of us have stayed in! We would definitely come back!

Our group consisted of four couples (ranging in age from 25 to 87) and a 9 mo old. The house was a perfect fit for us! The high chair and pac ‘n play were a big help to have on hand. Lots of room to gather and to spread out. The location, both from the mountain and from Bend, was super convenient. What a great layout! The kitchen was equipped and stocked better than any place we’ve ever stayed...probably better than most people’s homes! How fun it was to make homemade waffles for breakfast and bread from scratch for dinner. We enjoyed the outdoor grill, fire pit, and hot tub throughout the week. The beds were very comfortable, and all of the furnishings and linens were top-notch. What a treasure!

We stayed at this property in January 2022. The amenities were clean and in excellent condition. The kitchen was completely furnished with all necessary equipment and utensils. The extra fridge in the garage was a nice touch. The Fire Pit and Grill were easy to use and worked well. The beds were comfortable. Additionally, the house provided easy access to Mt. Bachelor and to Bend. This was the best Vrbo property we have stayed at so far, and we wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved all the features & amenity's this house offered. The living room has amazing recliners for a big group and very comfortable. 10/10 would recommend to family and Freinds.

We recently stayed 8 nights at this beautiful property and loved everything about the home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need during your stay. There was plenty of seating for dining indoors or outside on the covered patio and a large sofa with plenty of space for everyone to sit. The house was located just a short walk from the Deschutes River trail and close to several nice golf courses. We look forward to staying here again.

We had such a fantastic time staying on this property! The house was perfect for our family and friends. It was very well stocked, we had everything we needed. There was plenty of room and we enjoyed sitting outside by the fire pit and playing our lawn games on the spacious backyard lawn. The location was perfect as well. Andrew checked in with us, and was helpful when we were trying to find another house close to this one, as we had a lot of family visiting with us. He also was helpful finding a catering restaurant for our family game night. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

This property was absolutely as it was billed to be ! Everyone of us could not stop Talking about how well it was stocked for guests to enjoy as if they were at home Stayed at 3 different homes on this trip This one by far was our best bang for the buck!!! Great job Andrew

House was great. We stay in vacation homes several times a year and this house was the most stocked we have ever rented. Condiments, coffee, cooking necessities were all provided. Other things we appreciated: Crate&Barrel stocked kitchen, sharp knives, nice linens, keypad front door so you dont need to worry about taking keys, .25 mile walk to river, walk to Seventh Mountain pub, tons of trails to run or bike just outside the house, easy commute to downtown Bend, the best yard for kids and good dogs to play. You really can’t go wrong booking this property.

We have stayed in quite a few vacation rentals and this was by far the best ever! The home is gorgeous and comfortable. Andrew's communication was top notch from the very first email. We texted him with a few questions while we were there and received almost an instant response each time. The home is so well-stocked with everything you could ever need, including, but not limited to soap, shampoo, cooking oil, garbage bags, laundry detergent - literally everything you can think of. The location is just outside of Bend and close to beautiful trails for hiking and biking and just a short walk to the bus to go rafting (we did that twice - highly recommend!). Overall couldn't have been more pleased.

Rent this home you will not regret it. The pictures and description of this home are exceeded when you walk in the front door. We had 2 small issues when we arrived and the owner responded immediately and was very helpful. Everything, and mean everything exceeded our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved this house, the layout, the trim, the furnishings, and all the extra kitchen amenities, and of course the location! It was perfect for our spring skiing trip to Mt. Bachelor, as well as being close to downtown Bend and the Deschutes River. The next time we visit Bend we will definitely be staying here if it is available. Location was PERFECT...the house itself...WOW...I cannot get over the professional cooking equipment and LITERALLY EVERY POSSIBLE tool for meal prep! The rooms...RIDICULOUS...comfortable...bedding...fireplaces, hot tub...the windows, EVERY POSSIBLE amenity. My family and I are hoping to book again in the fall. We LOVED our experience here! Each bedroom also feels like its own separate space and so nice each one has its own bathroom. The house has top of the line furnishings and decor. Everything was top notch and fully stocked. The outdoor area is pretty sweet too, with fire pit and large hot tub. We enjoyed every moment in this house!The location of this property is pretty awesome too. It's a short 5 minute walk down to the Deschutes river trail and across the street from Phil's trail system. It's only a 5 minute drive to town with awesome restaurants and only 15 minutes to Mt Bachelor! Plus, it's walking distance to Seventh Mountain Resort which has a great ice skating rink, bar & grill, mini golf, frisbee golf, bike pump track and playground for kids. There is also a golf course very close by.We did not want to leave! I could not recommend this property more. The owners are also super responsive and great people. We will definitely be back. This place is like staying at a 5 star hotel, except less expensive, more beds, a better tv, and scenery that will knock your socks off. Everything, and I mean everything, is provided for you. I most appreciated having all the dishes, cooking ware, silver ware, etc. at our disposal. It doesn't hurt that this is also located in one of the prettiest areas in the country and near a beautiful golf course. Andrew was very communicative and was ready to help the entire time we were there. The next time I come to Bend I am staying here.
