I decided to take my son on a 6 day vacation to sea world and decided to stay at this property. My stay at this hotel was horrible, i was harassed and disrespected by two employees at this establishment in front of my 4 year old son and nothing was really done about it. My room was not clean, The pool looks nothing like the pictures ,and there were all types of lizards crawling all around, I would not recommend staying at this hotel!

Great location and very accommodating. Breakfast was really good as well! I only have 4 stars because there was a strong smell. Smelled like mildew maybe…?

The rooms smelled like mold. The rooms are small and the beds are small. Wasn’t shareable for 2 teens and 2 adults. Breakfast was good, coffee is terrible. Would not recommend

It was quiet and what I needed

This was a fabulous location for ASW located at the convention center! We were able to walk to the venue with ease and arrive at the West entrance exactly where we needed to be! The room was slightly smaller than expected. The hallway was really warm this may have been because of being on the 1st floor. The room AC had to be turned super low to make it cool. The hotel was quiet & felt very safe. The staff that I encountered was very friendly & helpful!

Location was great but the hotel needs an update. For the price it was great.

This is a Best Western, not a rental. Picture of pool on the posting, is not the pool at the hotel. Room was outdated. Shower had stain marks in it and bedding was worn. Vending machines had a small selection and no diet soda. Nothing in walking distance to get snacks.

Overall the stay was ok. The elevator scared me a few times. The carpet smell is what grossed me out

The pool was super dirty. The bathroom smelled horrible and it seemed to come from the drain. The employees were kind and welcoming. Location was close to food.

Front office clerks were Amazing...very friendly. Excellent breakfasts. I would definitely recommend this Hotel!

Ok so if you are a guy (no offense...especially husbands) make sure to put this address in the GPS to make sure it's near Universal if you are staying. Otherwise you will be driving 45 min to your destination 🤣🤣 (My husband made this mistake. ) If you are headed to Disney stuff...this IS THE PLACE TO BE!!!! It is spacious and pretty great for the price when you split it with fam. If you are headed to Universal parks, just know it takes about 45 min to ge there. LOL! Otherwise, pretty dang good for location to Disney and it was very clean! We didn't stay much so if things were outdated, we didn't know. We barely stayed other than to rest our heads after a long day (and long drive to and from Universal 🤣🤣) Don't get me wrong. I'm not mad about it. My husband is a goob and picked the first thing that popped up.🤣 The whole fam ragged him for it. (Still after 5 months) He's no longer allowed to make reservations. Again I give it 4 out of 5 stars all together. I can't blame them for my husband's mistake 🤣🤣

Property was very conveniently located off I-4 and International Drive. Less than 5 minutes from Sea World ,15 minutes to Magic Kingdom, 10 minutes to Outlets. Restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff, property, clean and well maintained, rooms clean. Full breakfast: eggs were freshly made, not powdered, sausages, potatoes, pastries. Hot and cold cereal, fresh fruit, toast bagels and make your own Mickey waffles in large single or 4 small. Good coffee.

Check in was the fastest I have ever experienced. It was only 10 mins from Disney park and the complimentary breakfast was really good. The room was clean and exactly what we needed. We didn’t need anything extravagant so this was perfect for us.

Came in late that Sunday night and the minute the lobby outer door opened you could smell a very very strong pot smell, which had to be smoked in lobby to smell that strong.

This was a nice place to stay for an inexpensive amount. Rooms where clean nice shower. Lobby could be updated just to brighten it up and make more tropical modern but was clean

The check in was good. Friendly staff.There are a few maintenance issues in the room such as windows not locking and no screens. Slightly dated. Breakfast area was nice as well as stocked. Beware of the subway down the road.

This property turned out to be Best Western motel room. Thought it would be more. Property was very clean and turned out ok since it was just me on a visit. If I had to do it again, I would book directly with motel chain. Would stay there again if I needed to be in that area of Orlando.
