Super clean and the bed was really comfortable! The shower was the perfect combination of heat and water pressure. The kitchenette was a great, useful space and loved having an ice maker!

it was clean. looked like it had recently been remodeled. we liked having the kitchenette and enjoyed the recliner. the staff was very friendly and responsive.

we couldn’t find it with our gps. called the hotel and they couldn’t help us! we ended up driving 3 more hours to Flagstaff. now we have to pay for a No Show! total ripoff. Second booking skew up on this trip.

never found the hotel!!! GPS couldn’t find it and hotel person on phone couldn’t help us! we ended up in an irrigation ditch!! Horrible!!!

the kitchens had no dishes in them said you had to buy pots and pans and glasses not at all what the website said.

the place was clean, quiet, very comfortable in the room. the bed was very comfortable. all around great place to stay.

I requested a flat walk-in shower, but got a bathtub with grab bars. I was afraid to use it the first night, but decided to use it the next morning. It was a little difficult to get into the shower, but I made it. All was well until I pulled out the seat. When I began to stand up from the seat it retracted back and my feet slipped on the shower floor and I fell very hard on my backside. I could not get up and was really hurting. Luckily, my nightie was on the lower hook on the door. I was able to slip it on and yelled for my son to help me. Luckily, I got out and was able to walk with a little difficulty. I was in pain for 3-4 days.
