Personal, el inmueble completo es nuevo amigable amplio, muy buena atención preocupados desde el aseo hasta anfitriones, todos !!

Mayor variedad en restaurante italiano tiene 4 pero este en particular faltó un poco más de variedad pero todo bien.

The Riu Palace was just perfect. On beautiful Palm Beach in Aruba. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The food and restaurants were very good. They have lots of variety and fresh food. There steak and lobster was delicious. And they have lots of fun drinks. And no kids is great - pool and beach is so relaxing!

I wanted to stay longer!

Lugar antiguo, Música ANTIGUA en la disco RIU, Shows no son como los de CANCÚN y PUNTA CANA (temáticas Diarias) sin shows diarios, no comparten entre latinos e ingleses para hacer show para ambos muy centrados en estos últimos… y eso hacía que fuese demasiado Americano, el DJ de la disco no era empatico y tocaba música en inglés habiendo hartos latinos. Una de las noches tuve que reclamar porque habían niños en el lobby del hotel (siendo que es SOLO para ADULTOS) y no los sacaban del lugar.

NO ME GUSTO QUE ME DIERAN UNA HABITACION FUERA DEL CUERPO PRICIPAL DEL HOTEL , HABIA MUCHO RUIDO, RECLAME Y ME CAMBIARON DE HABITACION, PERO TUVE QUE DORMIR UNA NOCHE EN ESA HABITACION DE MENOS CALIDAD DE LO QUE YO QUE HABIA PAGADO. ME PARECIO ALGO DE MUY MALA ACCION, LA PERSONA QUE ME HIZO EL INGRESO, ME DIJO, "LE VOY A DAR UNA HABITACION MEJOR DE LA QUE YO HABIA CONTRADO", ME HIZO PENSAR TANTA AMABILIDAD, YO CREO QUE ESTA TODO PREPARADO PARA ASIGNAR PRIMERO LAS HABITACIONES DE MENOR CALIDAD. MUY MOLESTO POR ESTA ACTITUD, SI YO NO RECLAMO MI ESTADIA HUBIERA SIDO PESIMA, OTRA COSA NADIE SE DISCULPO.

Breakfast Buffet was extensive Virtually everything you could want. Hard to find better.

Buffet meals were fun and fabulous! Every night there was a special surprise...whether it was a special station, drink, live music, etc. Beach and pools well maintained. Staff was delightful. Room met all expectations.

De airco in de slaapkamer slaat willekeurig aan en uit en maakt veel geluid. De ijskast trilt mee en maakt lawaai als de compresor aanslaat. De ijskast in onze kamer 1006 is aan vernieuwing toe.

breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, pools, beach all very awesome. staff friendly and kept you busy. drinks were amazing. entertainment the best.

The pillows could have been more fluffy. Extra blankets. otherwise, very nice resort. would go back again.

This vacation was a vaction to hell. We stayed at a few RIU'S And this one was the worst. We did not have any meals at your resort. We ate out each night and for breakfast. The pool was really dirty. no security around. It came to a point we felt threathened by your guests. We had no choice but to leave the facility. This place was recommended to is but i wil make sure our experience is shared with all our aquaintances. I would appreciaete to speak to upper management.

I thought the breakfast buffet was excellent. I didn't enjoy the dinner buffets as much. We went to each of the 3 restaurants there and liked the steakhouse the best. The staff was excellent everywhere.

We did the all inclusive and since my sister and I aren't big drinkers and we basically ate 2 times per day, I'm not sure we got our money's worth with that. We loved our stay though!

The food selection it tasted stale , the pool was dirty and nasty , our shower had a bad sewage smell every day we reported it & no one followed up! Room 905 This Riu does not stand up to the other Riu brand. Properties in other countries@

The staff was very respectful! My room was excellent! Arrival went extremely smoothly, and they were very accommodating, except at the bar areas (pool area excluded)

There are too few restaurant options. Disappointed in the fact that they used outdoor snack bar as an interchangeable steak restaurant for the night. People arriving and people returning from excursions were hurry and constantly being rushed or left with no options to sit out and enjoy the snack bar space. They offered an indoor space, but it was with wrapped food options only. They only offered bottle shelf alcohol at all times. Bartenders were extremely stingy with pours and did not want to fix it if not to a person's liking. Everything was pre-mixed, and the bartenders did not know how to make martinis. Locations were not interchangeable even though you were paying extra. Very, very, Disappointed!!!!

My problem was with booking.com who took extra money from me and never resolved my issue. I will not book with them again for a trip of this sort Delta Vacations is the better way!

The dinner in restaurants was very nice and delicious. The buffet food did taste good but the options are limited. We enjoyed the snack bar area with the desserts. Bonus they have ice cream

Check in was honestly Terrible, the way I was treated made me want to turn around and go home. I was in line, everyone was helped. I stepped up to the desk next and the lady (Mary) just walked away with a paper in hand. She never said a word and she never returned. I stood there for over 20 mins watching other guests get checked in. I was highly disappointed. For that reason I won’t be returning. I’ve traveled the world and check in is the first experience you have on vacation/business. There wasn’t tons of resort activities, the front desk kept telling me to walk to the strip.

I love the availability of activities, especially the aqua aerobics and stretch class. The staff was excellent. We loved Luis at the front desk and Luis and Hayner from activities. Darling was great too  and almost all of the wait staff that we encountered.

my husband doesn’t drink and I drink very little so we did not get the value out of the alcohol part. I wish there had been a comedy show at night besides the couple show and since we were there for more than one week, I wish that the couple show would be varied from week to week, even if they were just two different routines for people who stay longer than one week.

felt very crowded and not intimate at all. Had to wait for people to leave the beach to get umbrella. Also had to wait in lines for food. Especially at restaurants, not so much with the buffet.
