We wanted a cheap, reasonable place to stay in the centre on Boston, in easy strolling distance of the Gliderdome and that’s what we got. The owners were helpful, and provided great advice on where to eat etc. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, we all slept well. Heating worked fine.

it looked like perhaps the owners are still in the middle of renovations - paint on very old carpets etc. There was an installation of old fridges dumped in the garden; hopefully they’ll be gone soon. Stairs are very steep - be aware if you’re not very nimble but the handrail is firmly fixed. Bare bulb over the dining room table - could do with a shade.

3 of us stayed while working locally. The house is well appointed and very clean. Two showers and a jacuzzi bath, so no queues. Lee is also very helpful. We will definitely use again next time we are in the area.
