This is a lovely condo with beautiful ocean views. We loved looking at the ocean and beach from the deck, sipping morning coffee and evening meals. Would certainly return to this property!

We had a great week. The condo was nice. Only issue we had was ants getting in under the front door. Monique took care of the problem right away and had it sprayed by her team and the by the HOA. We had no ant problem after that. One comment I would make is there was no room for groceries to be put away in the kitchen. We had to move things around to make room to put our food away. Overall a really nice place.

My two cents - nice unit that didn't quite meet our needs. Pros: 1. Location, location, location 2. Condo is actually well-stocked with beach toys, chairs, towels, and umbrella BUT it is a treasure hunt to find all of the objects (see con 3 below). 3. You will have enough dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, and garbage bags for the week plus 1 full size sponge. Cons: 1. Mattresses and box springs desperately need to be replaced, as other reviewers noted. 2. Unit was cleaned, but it was not particularly clean, especially the floors. 3. Unit didn't feel organized. Closets and under bed areas were full of stuff - beach stuff, chairs, even framed art - and some good stuff we could have used during our stay if we knew it was there. I only found some of it doing the last minute "under the bed check" as we checked out. 4. Kitchen is REALLY small, even for a condo this size, and was stocked but not well-stocked. Expect a few very basic pots, pans, and utensils, but no salt/pepper (I bought some and gifted to the unit), wooden spoons, tin foil, plastic wrap, at least that we could find. 5. Unit is advertised as being for 6 people. Unit is ideal for a family or group of 4, uncomfortably crowded for our family of 5, ok for a group of 6 who don't need personal space. Pull out sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable.

Loved all the little touches like towels, beach toys and chairs. Was a great comfortable stay.

Master shower had mold. Second bath was tiny. Mattresses in twin bedroom had “toppers” which were hanging off the side of the bed and beds weren’t even made up properly. Nice living area but very small balcony. Very quiet. Host was attentive and responsive.

Fantastic location of condo! Overall we had a great stay and appreciated the toys, books, beach chairs and towels for our family. The property manager was very responsive via text and the unit was clean. We would stay here again! The only note is that the mattresses are due for a replacement - they are overly soft and the coils on the king were very squeaky.

Ideal location right at the boardwalk leading to beach. Unit is at side of building, but still have beautiful views of the ocean and ocean breeze. Tress surround the balcony with plenty of shade. Unit is clean with two bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen making it ideal for couple or family. Unit is provided with beach towels and games for kids. Easy drive from airport and Charleston. I would definitely rent it again.

Beautiful, updated, clean condo with ocean views. We loved being able to just walk right out to the beach. Great vacation on Kiawah - one of our favorite beaches!

Clean, everything you need for a Kiawah vacation. As represented on VRBO. Easy walk to beach. Spacious, high ceilings with noone above you helps. Can see and hear ocean from master BR, one window in front room, and side/back porch. Walkable to Kiawah Resort convenience store / cafe. 10 minutes to Freshfields, with decent Harris Teeter grocery. Other than high-end resort restaurants, a few restaurants at Freshfields, and Salty Dog (recommend), not close to restaurants. Not a significant issue. 3 TVs w/ Xfinity is nice. Would return here. The owner, Monique, was very responsive from beginning to end, which is always great. The location to beach was spectacular! The condo was very clean upon arrival. The issues we had were as follows: The mattresses in both rooms need to be replaced. Almost unsleepable in master and the guest room was just as bad, if not worse. Perhaps if you had little children that guest room wouldn't matter, but we were all adults, so it was difficult. We were there for 8 nights so we purchased food for condo. There was no place to put the food! The cabinets were filled with glassware and table ware. So we looked in the laundry room thinking it might also work as a pantry, of sorts. But it was more of a storage area, so the groceries needed to stay on the counter. It was fine for a few days ( other than the mattresses) but any longer would not have worked. I like to give honest reviews to places we have stayed as we always read reviews ourselves, so we find it important.

Bright, beautiful, comfortable condo. The natural beauty surrounding us - mature tall live oaks and sparkling sea beyond - was breathtaking. We hated to leave.

Nice place for a little off-season get away while on business in Charleston. However the listing says handicap accessible and this is clearly not true. There are 13 steps to get to the elevator and this made things difficult for my wife to get in and out of the building.

The property had an excellent location on East Beach, and was very convenient for everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice bathrooms, kitchen and living areas to enjoy. We loved listening to the ocean when the porch door was opened. I liked waking up to the sunrise and ocean views. Easy walk to the beach and the bicycles were a nice option for seeing the island. Monique was very helpful to answer all our questions.

Monique was very easy to work with. The unit was clean and well maintained. The location is perfect, from the balcony you felt like your were in the treetops of a jungle, but could still see and hear the ocean. The Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. We will definitely be back!

Our second visit to Kiawah. This condo is well kept. Master bedroom and living room have partial ocean views Third floor balcony also ocean view. Nice furniture, good beds, beautiful master bathroom. Monique kept in contact with us throughout. No negatives to report. This condo has a TV in each bedroom, one in living room, washer/dryer in condo and nice kitchen table to play games. Condo stocked with games, puzzles, books, beach chairs, surf board, boogie board, beach games and two bikes. One minute to Night Heron park and 1 mjn walk on boardwalk to beach. Beautiful place. Thank you!

Overall it was a nice condo. Monique was very responsive and accommodating. It was a bit cramped for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. It is better suited for 4 vs 5 people (unless you have small children). I also wish that I had known that we would not have pool or gym access because we rented through VRBO - totally my fault for not checking. Again, nice condo in a great location!

This place was amazing! It's on the end of the building and top floor so high ceilings. I was pleasantly surprised by everything. The kitchen was stocked well with pots, pans, and good knives. Wish there were more plastic stuff for kiddos though. Lots of games and puzzles for the kids and we love board games. Love the quick walk to the beach. Thank you for an amazing vacation!!

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo on the beach. Clean. Nicely decorated. Easy beach access.

We enjoyed our stay. Just a few things could make it better-upgrade the TVs, more closet hangers, probably need to paint the master bathroom since there was some paint on the ceiling flaking. Monique was A+.
