My friends and I stayed at this property in July 2024. The location is excellent and it was a great property to stay at for easy access to the beach. We really enjoyed having a private pool and hot tub to enjoy during our visit. The top floor was a great space for everyone to gather together. The home is nice, but felt like some things could have been kept up a little bit better. The cleaning could have been better before we arrived - we swept up some areas that seemed like they'd been missed (including glass from broken light bulbs by the cabana bar). One shower head in a master bathroom was obviously broken, but the staff did come fix it first thing the next day once we reached out. Overall we enjoyed our stay and thought it was a good property and location for the price. However, would love to see it updated and cleaned a little bit better in the future.

Great location; house was in excellent condition; appliances and kitchen utensils were very good; Air-Conditioning worked well. A few glitches that can easily be remedied: replace or do a major maintenance of the washer/dryer; replace the washers in the kitchen and bathroom faucets; consider installing a mechanism to automatically fill the pool when water levels drop.

First, how can you not enjoy a week at the beach in Corolla? Shenanigans was more than fine for our group, but with some routine maintenance could have earned 5 stars. No issue we encountered was a deal breaker, but some updating needed, and especially with kitchen appliances. House is surprisingly well stocked with all you need in the kitchen—even plastic containers for leftovers, a crockpot, and an InstaPot! Would recommend bringing your own knife set if that is important to you (we did!). Loved the large backyard with volleyball net and corn hole boards provided in the home were enjoyed often! A beach cart and a couple of beach chairs were at the house, but not listed. Also, some basic pool and beach toys. Overall a great, budget friendly home for our group of 16!!

We were 10 unrelated people, and the house had plenty of room and a well-stocked kitchen. We've stayed here twice because the rooms are so comfortable. Be aware that there's no shared bath upstairs, so folks have to either invade the top floor bedroom or run all the way to the ground floor.

Loved our stay. The listing is the exact same as in person. The beach is just a few minutes away but if you didn’t want to do that, the pool and the hot tub were inches away. The property manager responded quickly to our needs. Definitely recommend.

This was our first family vacation with our six adult kids, their spouses, and two grandchildren—15 people in all. The house was perfect and we had a blast! Loved the pool and backyard for sports/games. Great location—close to the beach and shops. Would love to come again!

This home is a short walk to the beach and conveniently located close to grocery stores, restaurants, attractions, and shopping. We appreciated that there was enough seating for everyone at meals. The home was not as clean as we had hoped, and the outdoor shower is not what most people consider an outdoor shower - it was dark, closed in, and a bit gross. The pool also seemed to need some maintenance. Overall, it suited our needs and we would definitely return again.

Great choice for a beach visit
We loved our stay here - home was beautiful and close to the beach- all was very clean - home had fun arcade games for rainy moments. We were too early in the season for the pool but the hot tub was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect for a large group
This house was absolutely perfect! We had six couples. Friends family etc. the house was everything that it said online. It was great that almost every bedroom had it’s own Bathroom. The deck outside was amazing! The game room down on the first floor was perfect. The location was awesome. Very close to shops beach stores etc. I would definitely rent this house again!

Shenanigan fun
Loved the pool area and living space upstairs. Lots of room for nice dinners in and game playing. Corolla Classics/Vacasa were very responsive to our needs and followed up quickly. A bit disappointed with TV programming. Would have been nice to get local channels though I understand that cable is expensive. House was clean and kitchen well stocked.

Our stay was great . The house was very fit for a family. The house included beach chairs, toys, and a wagon which made our short walk beach trip easier . Check in was simple and easy as well as check out . The house was equipped with a lot of cooking supplies . Great house
