We have been to many rentals for vacation and this house was perfect! Great location! Beds were comfy! The only thing that would have made it better would have been to have a guest book where people could leave a message for the host and maybe a binder with information about things around town and trash schedules/recycling information etc - but otherwise- IT WAS AWESOME!!!!

This was a perfect backdrop for our "March Madness" weekend. The home has everything you need and more for a pleasurable stay. The view looking towards Lincoln is worth the price of admission itself. Great price and will look to stay again. The only two things that I would say need improvement is the TV set-up. It was very limiting as a "guest" login. Also the 10:00am check-out time is a little ridiculous.

The house was great, clean, well stocked. Had a couple of issues that got dealt with right away. A small suggestion would be a blind above the kitchen window,was a little uncomfortable at night..

We had a blast! House overall was awesome. We all agreed we would definitely rent this house again!

Location to the beach was great, house was really clean, had a lot provided. Only items that I would say had opportunity would be there were only 2 half rolls of toilet paper, so we had to buy our own and no instructions on what to do at checkout. Shower downstairs trickled and we couldnt get the pressure to come on stronger.

Very spacious and a great view of the beach, would like to stay there again someday.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. The only reason I am giving 4 stars because the house needs more modern updates. It has a beautiful view of the city and close to everything. However, it would be a lot better with updated furniture.

The view if the ocean from the living room windows and the separate downstairs bedroom. Perfect for our group of 5.

Amazing view! Spacious. Clean kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and floors. Comfortable big beds. Good location. Needs deep dusting, supply checks between guests, single mattress upgrade, and new towels.

The house is very spacious and well maintained. Some supplies were low or missing - paper towels, TP. The lock box was almost impossible to open. It would have been nice to have two sets of keys, since there were more than one of us.

We had a great stay. I've stayed on the Oregon coast many times and this property had by far the best view of any place I've stayed. Close to the beach. Wouldn't hesitate to come back again

It's a beautiful home that is well maintained. It's in a great location next to everything. I highly recommend staying at this property.

The property was accurate according to the listing. It has a great view of the ocean. Very clean and everything worked in the facility. Great location near shopping and dine out (Althought we cooked our own meals). Highly recommended stay and we might book the same house again soon.

We loved the view of course, the nice beds, the great room layout which allowed us to cook and "hang" together in one large space. Since it was cold and rainy, the gas fireplace was a wonderful addition -- a cozy note for playing games and chatting. A fun side note -- the place is across the street from a comedy club venue / bar that was a LOT of fun, and no designated driver needed!

Loved the house and the view was awesome. Nice big kitchen was great. Coffee maker we couldn’t get to brew properly so bought instant. Other coffee maker moldy. Didn’t realize no tv but your Netflix, we made due but could have brought our laptop to hook up had we known. Definitely would stay again great location.

The open floor plan with the big windows gave us a gorgeous view of the coast. It was a very relaxing getaway. Family played card games on the big table together.

This home was a true gift. Like many, it has been a long tough year for our family and we were truly in need of a retreat. We thought this home sounded lovely and it was. We have gone to a few places on the oregon coast the last few years and stayed in different places, but I can honestly say this was our favorite. The home was...peaceful. It was comfortable and homey and the view was worth every penny. The living room with the gorgeous ocean views, comfortable seating and nice kitchen was so enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable and not old and bendy, which my back appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking necessities. We stayed here 10 days and I cooked about half the time. The crock pot was great. Nice appliances, from the fridge to the dishwasher to the washer and dryer. Very clean, spacious and pleasant home.. Basically we are asking ourselves when we can come back. Location is great, right in the middle of Lincoln City. We had fun day trips doing a Depoe Bay whale tour one day and an aquarium trip to Newport another day. Beautiful and clean beaches here. We did not walk to the beach but by car there are two public accesses within about 2 minutes drive. It was nice to park in the garage and unload the kids when the door was down. The utility sink in the laundry room was useful after a busy day out and about. I will say, if you have small children then bring a baby gate, as there are stairs and our one year old kept trying to escape. We are a family of four with a 3 year old and one year old, plenty of space. We didn't really use the second room upstairs. Very comfortable for six adults to sleep in this house. Or more, if your kids are in a pack n play like ours. Also, pretty backyard and nice deck. Someone loves this home and has done a great job. Thank you for sharing with us, God bless.

Good rental close to the beach. Would have been nice if there was a tub. Kitchen very well stocked with different cooking gadgets and utensils if you want to eat in.
