We were charged by Booking.com and then charged again by the hotel. When we realised this and explained it to the lady on reception, she was incredibly unhelpful and said it was our problem to sort out. It seems that Booking.com made an error and didn't send the payment to the hotel. I appreciate that this was not the hotel's fault but we spent a large proportion of our stay speaking to both the hotel and Booking.com and wasted our holiday doing so and the attitude we got from the receptionist was really disappointing. It is the lady who works the afternoon shift, she also checked us in upon arrival and was not particularly friendly then either. We still do not have a refund and are considering never staying with the Hilton group again. If the hotel wants to receive customers through Booking.com then it needs to accept responsibility for anything that goes wrong, rather than telling the customer it is their fault that they've been charged twice!

I love staying at this hotel as this was my second time staying here. My daughter is a student at UWM so we were in town to visit. Really nice and clean hotel. Staff was nice. Room met expectations. Will stay again

Only con I had was that the shower pressure was weak. Bathroom was nice despite the low shower pressure.

I was happy that my room was available after my reunion at Concordia Milwaukee (50th 1972). I had everything I needed including a refrigerator to keep my water bottle cold.

Only when I stopped in early and was told I wasn't in the reservation list. I was thankful I had my cellphone available with my confirmation number. I was told my room would be given away if I didn't check in by 3:00. I came in after my day and evening activities and was glad my room was still availble.

Night staff reassigned our two room locations to adhere to our request plus provided a pack and play for our toddlers. Nice breakfast. Good pool and work out room.
