This was an amazing property! It was close enough to “all the things” yet far enough away where you felt secluded. The ability to use the washer and dryer was a life saver as three pre-teen kids enjoyed the hot tub regularly. I would book this place again.

We enjoyed the location, it was in a quiet neighborhood, but close to stores for groceries and necessities. There is no air conditioning, as stated in the listing, which can be uncomfortable when the weather is warner as the home does get warm. There were 4 fans throughout the house, that do help. The house served our needs.

we arrived at house after small detour, get into house and after look around find view is great of mountains! house inside is clean and spacious. we went to near bye safeway grocery store and stocked up on breakfast and snacks. kitchen was fully stocked on cooking utensils. we ate good and bathroom and showers were great. all were very happy!

We were very pleased with the property. It was ready before check in time. Cleaning services were top notch. I appreciate that the property included everything from condiments for cooking to plenty of pool towels for the hot tub!It was close to restaurants and easy access to all the area has to offer.

This is the perfect location when’s your goals are to see Garden of the Gods, Cliff dwellings, Pikes Peak, and Mt. Princeton hot springs. There is a grocery store nearby with lots of restaurants. I’m so glad I chose this place vs. staying at a home in Colorado Springs. The hot tub and the kitchen windows has a view of Pikes Peak which was really cool. The neighborhood was quiet. Large kitchen allowed us to cook every meal we wanted. Very cozy with a nice lay out. Kid friendly with toys already there. The washer and dryer were awesome too. Woodland Park got snow when Colorado Springs did not. This was magical over the holidays.

We ended up in this little home when our other cabin had ran out of water! Evolve was fast to accommodate us and the owners got us in there so fast. The home was clean, more than enough space for our family, the kids had a blast in the hot tub and we enjoyed the deer in the yard every morning. We’re so grateful to the owners of the property and evolve for helping us have a great vacation after the first mishap. We would rent this place again!

Four ladies from Colorado Springs attending a local conference. We used & enjoyed the very large kitchen, which is equipped with everything you could need. The cleanliness was such a plus!!! It was easy to relax because of it. Only one drawback was the size of the main floor shower. Add another foot or two into the closet next to it and it would make a world of difference. We definitely would rent this house again and again.

Fun stay In Colorado

Location was very good. House was perfect for my family. We have three boys ranging from 4 years old to 16 years old. The entire family enjoyed the property. Highlights were that everyone got their own bedroom AND the hot tub was an excellent way to end each day. Overall the house was clean, didn't really have any complaints about that. The only minor concern is that for the price I thought the house would have been a little bit newer, but overall, it was a perfect fit for our family.

Our stay at this house was wonderful! The house was very clean. It was stocked well with everything we needed including all kitchenware, towels, soap/shampoo/conditioner, and extra paper towels and toilet paper. And they provided coffee pods for the Keurig and supplied tons of spices and cooking oil! The ice maker actually worked in the refrigerator which hardly ever happens in a rental! The appliances were high-end and worked great. The hot tub was warm and functional. We had a herd of deer visit us in the afternoon. The TV was set up with a lot of options for watching anything you wanted, we even were able to watch a movie on HBO-Max. I highly recommend this house and would stay here again!

We stayed at this home for a girls trip. 5 women, and we were very comfortable with lots of sleeping options. Even the bunks were very comfortable! The views from this property are spectacular and the outdoor space has a lot of room! We would definitely stay again!

The place was super clean, really well organized, neighborhood was really quiet, it was very peaceful and we loved the hot tub. One of the reasons I picked this place was the garage with room for two cars but there were construction materials on one side so there was only room for one car in there.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was close to many sights, spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was a treat every evening after touring all day. Beautiful back yard! Our one suggestion is to update the Queen beds, as they were too firm for our comfort. But overall, a great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Very clean home, fun things for kids (big stuffed animals, a play hut, other fun toys), great open kitchen. And the outside space was great! We loved all the outdoor seating, the hot tub, the hammock, and the view from the outdoor swing was so neat! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and comfortable home
We really enjoyed our stay! The house is roomy and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals, including spices. Beautiful setting, with deer coming right up to the dining room window. Stores are close by. The only thing I would request is clocks in the bedrooms for the nightstands. We will definitely rent the house again when we visit our daughter.

The house is very well taken care of. The kitchen is huge! The kids loved the bunk beds and the big swing out back. Just the right size for our needs.

Nice getaway!
Needed a little girls weekend out of town and this place was perfect. Nice neighborhood, quiet, close to town. The house was great... the kitchen/dining area was spacious and open, the deck was nice to sit on in the sun and the hot tub was great, enjoyed making a fire and watching movies. Only con to the property was the beds are very hard. I would suggest an inexpensive memory foam mattress topper for each bed.

Great rental house!
The Mountain Getaway was the perfect home base for our trip to the CO Springs area. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood away from it all, but close to all of the attractions in Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs. The property was clean, well maintained, well equipped, and perfect for our three kids. The hot tub was also clean and in great shape, and we ended up using it every night after dinner. Would definitely recomment.

Fantastic stay
Loved staying at this property. Quiet neighborhood and clean property. The hot tub was fantastic and sitting in the backyard at night was perfect. The views from the upper backyard did not disappoint.

Enjoyed our vacation
Enjoyed our vacation and stay at this property. The property was well stocked and Margaret responded to questions quickly. Our only suggestion would be to possibly put a fan or two in one of the bedroom closets as no AC or fans in the bedrooms made sleeping very uncomfortable for us. Other than that, great stay.

Furnishings like beds and couches are not comfortable. Take note that there is no air conditioning. Kitchen area is nice and spacious for family meals. Loved the hot tub. Fair spot.

Family fun in Colorado
We were greeted right away. We came out for a family vacation which turn into old home week. Nice patio and gas fire pits to to enjoy together. Very pleasant property manager. Would definitely visit again!

Cute and cozy!
Very charming home! I didn’t realize it was located in a neighborhood. I did think it would be a bit secluded and it wasn’t really. Being close to town had many perks though! Deer greeted us upon our arrival and each morning. The back yard is adorable!! There are colorful fairy lights that come on at night and the outdoor fire place was adorable. This house had everything we needed; plenty of space, all silverware and cooking supplies, supplies for s’mores, beauty, laundry soaps, body soaps, extra pillows, extra blankets, towels. Very cute home!

We really enjoyed this home. Was well stocked with every thing we needed. Very clean and well maintained. Great lay out with several beds. My only suggestion would be to add a couple of chairs to the living room since the home sleeps so many people. However, We were able to bring chairs from dining room for additional seating so wasn’t huge issue. Kitchen are was large with plenty of space for large group. Great property!! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Staycation
Three couples traveled from Colorado Springs to Woodland Park for the weekend for a friends birthday getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub, the outdoor fire pit, the very spacious kitchen and dining area, and the living room. The beds were all very very comfortable, the house was super clean, all of the upgrades were impeccable. We will definitely book again in the future.
