Everything was better than expected. Only a couple of issues with a broken blind in the kitchen, a broken door knob on a door in the twin bedroom. The front downstairs bedroom stayed freezing cold due to a draft coming in around the window.

Good value. Friendly host. Great location to golf courses, fishing, and pool. Clean & spacious for our 7 people. Only compliant is that the loft room with twin beds didn’t have air conditioning, and it was very warm for sleeping.

The location of this property was close to all attractions, but not too close so it was peaceful & relaxing.

Awesome condos to stay in. Large and spacious. Had enough room for 6 adults and 4 toddlers to have their own space. Everything was clean, a little dated when it came to kitchen amenities but worked just fine. Also had a nice playground for the kids to play outside on the property. The only complaint was the room wasn’t ready, at check-in time, had to wait an extra hour, and that seemed to be the case with other groups coming in at the same time as well.

We had 5 kids and 5 adults that spent a long weekend here. It fit our needs, however the 4th bedroom upstairs has no hvac so it was extremely hot even with ceiling fan and 3 fans going. 2 of the bedrooms have portable ac units to help with the other rooms. It could use a little maintenance. The lock on the door was having issues since the door didn't close good. There was mold on the master bathroom ceiling and missing part of the baseboard at the bottom of the steps with a nail sticking out. The carpet was kind of dirty also. All minor things that didn't affect our stay just needs a little tlc.

We had 9 in our group ranging in age from 2 to 52. There was room for everyone plus some to spare. Check in was easy and the staff was very nice. The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the pools and playground. We were about a 15 minute drive from all the fun Branson has to offer. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was as described and the property and location were great. It was easy to get to main attractions in Branson. The condo was spacious and very enjoyable.

This location and condo was everything we were looking for. Close driving distance to the strip and landing. Check in was super easy and everyone was so kind. Large pool with tiki bar onsite. Golf course was beautiful and plenty of parking near condo. Condo is large and was everything we were looking for. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. The property is beautiful and the condo was more than adequate for our family of 10. It was great to have the clubhouse pool so close and we were only a 15 minute drive to all that Branson has to offer. We had some issues with the air-conditioning--it could not keep the upper floor cool enough which was a bummer. One bedroom was not useable. The property staff was very attentive and helpful and tried to make it better for us. Overall it was a great place!

Very big and open vacay condo. Had dishes and everything supplied! Very beautiful condo and location was phenomenal, just outside city limits and very quiet neighborhood. Loved it and would stay there again.

The property was more than enough. I would stay again. The only exception would be the stairs to enter the property but, it was a very nice place to stay.

The check in was so easy. The condo was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room and having bedrooms of two levels worked out well for the kids/adults. We used the indoor pool and the kids loved it. Communication with the host was good. We will definitely stay here again when in Branson.

We stayed here for two nights on a spring break getaway! Very spacious for our family of 7. The location was perfect as well! Would stay again!

Overall we had a very comfortable stay. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We had 8 in our party, 4 adults and 4 kiddos. Had more family been available we could have comfortably added more. Check in process was very easy and the guest service desk was kind, professional and responsive. Only had minor housekeeping issues: sticky kitchen table, no kitchen towel, bath towel ring that fell off the wall and missing light bulb from bedside lamp. All easily corrected and did not negatively impact our stay. Only other critique I could offer would be the stairs to the loft are steep and not lit at night, so be careful there. Otherwise we enjoyed our time playing games, using the indoor pool and spending time as a family. I would definitely stay again!

This condo worked great for our families needs. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, the beds were comfy. Lots of space.

The condo is just beautiful. The decor was really nice.. There was everything you needed movies books and ven toys for the little ones.. Close to downtown but just far enough away not to have all the traffic. Would recommend this property for everyone. We will be coming back. Thanks💖

Good location. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Sorely in need of some updating and decluttering. My only serious complaint was carpet was really stained and bathroom mats looked like they had not been cleaned in awhile.

Great place - clean, lots of beds and seating for a large group. 3 full bathrooms were nice. Close to everything Branson and just a short walk to the lake.

Our two family party of 9 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - with 4 adults, 4 teenagers, and 1 child, it was spacious enough to accommodate all our needs. It is located in a nice, secure resort, within short driving distance to many Branson attractions. The property owners and front office staff are very responsive and helpful. The only downside we experienced (though of NO fault of the property owners) was the resort outdoor pool was green and murky for most of our stay and the indoor pool had a light that popped out with the wires exposed in the pool. Eventually the pool's color and cleanliness improved 4 days into our stay, but we had anticipated enjoying this amenity more. We had lots of fun playing on the tennis & basketball courts, using the fitness center, and playing games and watching movies in the condo. We would definitely recommend this property to a large family or multi-family travelers!

This was a nice property. It was clean and there was plenty of room for all nine of us to feel comfortable and also to have privacy. The location of Pointe Royale is great too. Not too far from the Branson strip, but also not right in the middle of the busyness either.

We stayed with nine people and had plenty of room. The unit was clean and well stocked. Having the screened in balcony was very nice as we had a couple of rainy days. Beds were comfortable. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues and they were taken care of right away. Front desk staff was very helpful and attentive.

Plenty of room for the eleven of us along with lots of games and toys for the kids. Grill and bar was a plus, pool area was great. Playground wasn't very big. Wish the description of the unit had included that it was on the second floor of the building, two people with us have had knee replacement surgery and another one who was on oxygen, so it was a little inconvenient coming and going for them. The resort location was great, easy to get to attractions on 76 and Silver Dollar City. The two bedrooms downstairs had very soft beds, but the beds upstairs were extremely hard. If you want to sleep in don't pick the bedroom at the front of the unit, it really needs to have some heavy drapes on the window including the eyebrow window. It was extremely hot while we were there and that bedroom was always hot due to getting the afternoon sun. There are a lot of maintenance issues and we left a very long list with the resort check-in desk of things that need to be fixed. More towel bars or hooks in bathrooms would be a big help there was no place to put wet towels or washcloths after showering. Not sure who cleans the unit but it could have been cleaner.

We have rented at Pointe Royale before and had an amazing experience. This unit however left much to be desired. The upstairs was unbearably hot and wouldn't cool down. The microwave didn't have a handle and was dirty inside. The coffee pot leaked and had an old coffee pack inside it. The king beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our large party. The bathtubs had rings around them and the kitchen had lots of broken items. I would stay at Pointe Royale again, but not this unit until it is updated.
