We enjoyed the condo as it was spacious and perfect for our family. Unfortunately the resort was short on help so some of the slides were not open, garbage was overflowing and it wasn’t very clean. Lots of fun things to do in the area though.

The room itself is great for two families and it sounds like it was recently bought out by Vacasa. The inventory did not match, items were missing and many things damaged. The beds were comfortable, but we could not find extra blankets or pillows if someone were to use the sofabed.
The Property manager's information was texted to us prior to arriving, and she was very easy to get a hold of. The hot tub was broken upon arrival, and was not fixed the entire time we were there. We were not notified of this prior to arrival, and would have most likely cancelled if this were the case. We were credited some funds due to the inconvenience after making a few calls.
Waterpark passes are not included (as mentioned in the description), so expect to pay $35 per person, per day.

It was a great place; especially for the price; however, I wanted a room with a hot tub/jacuzzi. The one in our room was missing the control panel so it was just like a large bath with a large hole. Everything else was nice.

Email only gave unit number however needed more information on which building the unit was in and to go to registration in main building for maps, assistance. Condo only had 2 spoons and pillows need an upgrade. Had all amenities listed and very spacious. We were only ones on the floor however could not get later checkout? Nice room and cost was great.
