it was a beautiful property, and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room.
the room was clean and smelled fresh, however, in the master bedroom, there was quite a bit of dust hanging onto the ceiling that was just blowing with the ceiling fan. The bed in that room was also very noisy. You couldn’t roll over without it making noise.  I also didn’t like that we were only given one key. In my booking I was given a pin that I assumed was for the door as there was a keypad on the door, however, the pad did not work, and with the family of four one key was not always convenient.

Perfect size for our family group (4 adults and 1 toddler). Nice resort pools and grounds with easy access to beach. Unit was clean and comfortable. Key pick up and communication with rental staff was easy and friendly.

I enjoyed the location my apt was located at. It was on the 6th floor and had amazing views of the resort and the Sea of Cortez. Everything was supplied for my family in our apt. Cooking ware, bedding, toiletries, towels, a washer and dryer in our unit even beach chairs and a beach umbrella! The entire apt had beautiful pictures and nice, comfortable furnishings.
My only complaint (if you want to call it that) was that the throw rugs in the apt were worn out and could use some news ones to go along with all the other nice amenities and furnishings.

We had a family breakfast which was prepared in the condo's kitchen. The breakfast was served on the patio where the view is astonishing.
Did not have a coffee shop in the resort.

only downfall was the second bedroom did not have a closet? there were two doors and both were locked. had to use the coat rack to hang clothes. Did have plenty of drawer space

Location, view and the room was nice
I set my 8 yr old on the sink to do her hair and the sinks in the master bathroom collapsed which caused me to fall and my daughter. A few scuffs no injuries, buy property was nice in a perfect location on the beach

Picking up the keys at a different location was horrible. It was late, we called customer service they stated that the office was closed for pick up and had no knowledge of the drop off box. They pretty much said we’d have to sleep in r car in a foreign country because they couldn’t help us. It was a stressful and scary situation. Finally
I looked at my email which I never got notified that I was to receive an email about the key. We were tired, anxious, and overwhelmed about the key situation

The cleaning team for 602 D were awesome! I enjoyed the pools!!!
The resort could have an area for guests to arrange for local activities. SWIM should offer a speciality menu item to change it up.
