The great location, and the very spacious room.

Me and my girlfriend are traveling on a budget. We booked this hostel as a kitchen was listed in the amenities. When we arrived we are told there is no kitchen. Also there was an issue with the hot water

Easy access to the beach and restaurants

Poor management, arrived late from our hike and asked the owner to open the kitchen at 22.10 hrs to quickly cook something as we were starving haven’t eaten all day and she refused as it closes at 22.00hrs even though the sign on our bedroom door said 22.30hrs. checked out at 11.00hrs tried to cook eggs 5minutes after before we got on the boat and again manager refused never had this problem in another hostel. Asked to leave our bags on reception owner asked for payment to store them, never had these issues in all the other hostels we stayed at. Not impressed. Hostel was empty maybe there was a reason for that

Excellent location right in the heart of Abraao, right by the port. The staff who run the hostel are brilliant - super friendly and helpful and always willing to share their tips for things to do on the island. It had a nice, chilled social vibe when I stayed and was clean and well-equipped. muito obrigado!

Central location. Can't beat it! Great staff!

There was so much mold I got a lung infection. It was impossible to breath . Very noisy. Next to set of metal stairs and any time a person went up them, lights would turn on in my bedroom and you hear loud noise.

It is very well located. Close to the ferry stop with access to restaurants and cafes. The room is very comfortable and spacious. A few beaches and trails that are easy to access from the hostel. There are locals living around the hostel premises.

Location is amazing and the personal is really nice, they make you feel like home

Room wasn't very clean

I liked the location

The hostel was full of cockroaches, especially in the bathroom. It was really disgusting. Bunkbeds are mosquito lairs too, killed 30 of them during the night (pretty much sleepless). Also, there was no electricity on the island due to storm. Some places have diesel generators since outages are fairly common thing here. In this hostel they don't have that which means no internet, no warm water, no lights. Planned to stay there for 2 nights but moved out after the first one to another place that had generator, 0 cockroaches 0 mosquitoes.

Lovely owner/staff. They were very helpful even though they couldn’t speak English. Did everything to get us what we needed. Fantastic location in front of the pier/beach
