Key Code System needs full instructions - temperamental Hosts' communication not great - still have not heard back from comments sent to them on Tuesday (2 days) Not walking distance from centre as described.

The spacious rooms were great and the chilling out area at the basement with flatscreen TV and the disco lights was awesome. Thanks

No dedicated parking (free parking was available very close to the property) and there was no iron could be found. The staff said that they would inform housekeeping but never turned up. Yet that was a minor thing as our crushed clothes did not make much of a difference though.

The location was fabulous, within walking distance of Bath City Centre. The house itself is beautiful, lots of different rooms to explore. The beds were really comfortable, and lots of space for a family with two older children. The house is well stocked with all of the kitchen items you might need, lovely Cowshed Spa toiletries and a gorgeous bathroom with clawfoot bath. Perfect for an authentic Bath regency experience!

We didn't really use the basement lounge much, as I found the lack of windows claustrophobic, that's probably just me though!
