Good location within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Close to Eugene either by car or using the really good bus system. Comfortable enough 1 bdrm, 1 bath with a full kitchen and plenty of space. Plenty of kitchenware, toaster and a small microwave. Owner might want to update some skillets and pots. Sunroom was a pleasant surprise; with we had one at our house

This home is a bit dated and could use minor repairs. The code for the entry lock is an amazing 10 digits long and that is ridiculous. We ended up calling Vacasa support and they were not much help saying we had to enter the code at a certain pace, are you sure you are entering the correct code etc.... give me a break, I can read and push buttons. Hung up. The 2nd person I talked to ended up giving us a back-up code, 4 digits, and we used that with success our entire stay. There is no dishwasher and refrigerator made a noise all the time. TV placement was high so you had to keep looking up. Clothes storage was less than minimum with the 2 drawers stuffed with linens & blankets, thanks but ... And only 2 hangers available. One of the other guests used the laundry, located right outside our back door, and it kinda loud.

Since it had a small kitchen, we made our own breakfast. The location is within walking distance of so very many things in Springfield, including a lake park and near everything by car. The unit was absolutely clean and tidy upon arrival. Very cozy, and if you don't want glitz but laid back tasteful comfort, this fits the bill. Very good main guest room, well appointed little kitchen. Free, easy, plentiful parking and a shady back yard to enjoy in the evening. Great wifi and smart tv. Great air conditioning! Very good soundproofing so you really don't hear your neighbors in units 2 or 3. Someone visits the grounds each day in person, not intrusive at all, but nice to know available if needed. No bath sized towels, a half roll of TP in the bathroom, a frozen bag of ice stuck to bottom of freezer unit from last tenant, lumpy loveseat sofa bed that probably should be replaced, maybe with a day bed? Coded locks a bit confusing, but we figured it out. Some noise from trains passing through, much less if windows closed, but we like them open in evening. Our only complaints.

super quiet and comfortable. had all amenities needed and was near a ton of food and entertainment.

The location is amazing. The neighborhood is super quiet. It was super convenient having an on site washer and dryer.

The bed was kinda of uncomfortable, but I still slept in it.
