Bereis beim Einchecken abkassiert
Begrüßung wurde nur runtergerasselt, damit man wohl schnell wieder seine Ruhe hat
Matratzen mit tiefen Liegekuhlen, so dass das Schlafen eine Tortour war,
völlig überfüllter Frühstücksraum,
Parken vor dem Haus nur ggn teure Gebühren,
um abends Essen zu gehen, musste man das Resort verlassen, da alles reserviert,
Hotel selbst ist eine unansehnliche in die Jahre gekommene Bettenburg.
Fazit: nie wieder, da es absolute Geldverschwendung war

Die Nähe zum Wasser
Stilvolles Ambiente
Unser Wasser am Waschbecken war nur ein Rinnsal. Die Bitte an der Rezeption (2 Herren) wurde mit einem, um diese Uhrzeit ca 21 Uhr sei kein Hausmeister anwesend, abgetan. Vermutlich hätte es gereicht, das Sieb zu reinigen. Man hätte zumindest das Gefühl gehabt, es kümmert sich jemand.
Zum Frühstück muss man über einen überdachten Weg in ein Nebengebäude. Bei herbstlichen Temperaturen nicht sehr angenehm.
Die Frühstückszeit war eher knapp bemessen und hatte Bahnhofshallenatmosphäre.

Lediglich die Lage an der Ostsee zwischen der Schlei und Eckernförde
Hotel sieht schrecklich aus und ist in eine Rehaklinik integriert, dazu gab es keinerlei Infos, Receptionist total unfähig, Bett voll mit dunklen Haaren, beim Frühstück waren die Teller dreckig und das Essen schmeckte alt! Rundum eine Verarsche!

room was wonderful. we took one without see view and hand sun each evening. perfect condition for balcony usage. room had separate bathroom and wc - very comfortable for families. bed was wonderful as well. placement is perfect - plenty of restaurants and street food downstairs as well as ordinary grocery shop
towel dryer was switched of so towels couldn’t be reused. ventilation in bathroom din’t worked properly or we didn’t found proper switch..

Kids had so much fun and lots of attractions for them.

The view was amazing. The local eateries were good. It is a beachfront property with great trails to walk.
It was difficult to get reservations at the restaurants in the hotel. Parking is about a 10 minute walk away but there is a shuttle.

Vikings, all vikings. Nice beach to take a stroll. Weather was windy, everything outdoor was closed down so I had the place pretty much to my self. Fast Wi-Fi.
Didn’t do enough research before I came, it’s a huge resort. And priced thereafter. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, you get a time slot before or after 9:30.

The rooms were clean and have a nice view.
The elevators were often functioning strangely and slowly, I walked down on a few occasions after waiting several minutes.

Hotel has highly improved after the modernization. Breakfast had all that was needed. Cleaning of the table was fast though there have been many people.
Issues during check in and during the stay in the room. Slow response from staff.
Mare Mare spa needs renovation. Cold or broken showers. Now control who is going in and out, so no corona control either...

The check-in was the worst I ever experienced. One wold have to wait more then 1 hour for the check-in o Friday afternoon, so we came back later in the evening.

The room, the personal, the breakfast was very good
In 3 days i was not at inside pool because the the people wait 1 or 2 hours in front of the pool to go inside! Only thr activities for kids are open and bikes!

Hotel has everything to have fun and relax, sauna, pool, beach, restaurants very close, live music, bycicles, stores, decoration, my room had a nice view of the see. Room very confortable. Hotel has a good buffet for breakfast too. There is a blackboard with activities for the whole week that guests can join. Friendly and kind employees.
There was no shampoo, conditioner for hair, neither shower cap . Best regards.

Considering Covid it was very pleasant, I imagine much better in normal times, but we felt very safe. Restaurant was impossible to book due to covid restrictions, it was open but with limited opertunities.
