Only thing I could have asked for is a coffee maker in the room. Other than that this was the best place I have ever stayed

I'd stayed here twice before. I like the location. And they have dogs on the property, which I like. I did not expect to be beaten.

I'm a former journalist, I know this story is hard to believe. But it's true. Be very careful staying here. I was viciously attacked by the French owner's friend over a disagreement I had with my booking. Even after I tried walking out he grabbed me by the throat and shoved me to the wet floor. I'm disabled with many joint replacements and a disfiguried dominant hand. I was unable to defend myself. When I finally got away I spent the night in the hospital due to head and ear injuries from the fall and tepeated punches. My vision is blurry and I'm still I'm pain as I write this. Again I was a repeat guest, I thought the owner and I got along fine. Friendly even. This all sounds beyond insane, and it is, but it's also very true. I wasted all that money going out with my girlfriend to have a nice night, to end up in the hospital with very large bills. Do I incur the additional expense of legal recourse? I don't know who the man was and in the Philippines, this decision is fraught with potential issues. The doctors told me I was actually lucky. The next guest to irritate her may not be.

supposed to be separate bungalow, but was separated only by a poorly fitting bamboo door!! hardly private!! complained about this issue, told we could have another bungalow but had to pay extra!! walking away £370 out of pocket was my best move!!!

Their service is the and very clean facilities. They are also eco-friendly so thumbs up for me!
