This is our third time staying and once again it was a wonderful trip! House is extremely clean and well appointed, and has everything you need! Well stocked kitchen and lots of pool/beach toys, comfortable beds and such a cozy mid-mod feel.

If we could give more stars, we would. Came down for my birthday with a girlfriend and my little dogs. Incredible location! There’s beautiful paths and trails to walk, a sports complex with SO much to do, the pictures on VRBO don’t do this paradise justice. There’s SO much more greenery blocking the house next door. We felt very secluded! The house is very comfy, beds are comfy, neighborhood is comfy. People wave at you and are very welcoming. Only issues we had is there are some boards on the fence the neighbors dog pushes through a bit and our little dogs almost got out but we let Beth know! Also, the floats provided were all busted and unusable but we remedied that quickly with a dollar general visit .03 miles down the road. The neighbors were pretty loud and their dogs barked at us a lot and made our dogs bark because of it. They were arguing/debating loudly outside when we arrived. Other than that at short times, it was incredibly quiet. I have a sensory disorder and had barely any issue! Beth and Kyle were on top of any request or issue we had. The saltwater pool is DIVINE! We only left a couple of times for food and to go to the dog beach which is super close by. We didn’t want to leave! Cannot wait to rent this house again! Best hosts we’ve had so far on VRBO!

My family and I had a great time at this chic property. We arrived really late due to massive flight delays due to weather and air traffic. Beth was very understanding and offered to door dash us some supplies as we didn’t arrive until after midnight. We declined but the thoughtfulness was very kind. My wife noticed the vintage decor and loved it all! Our family enjoyed the pool and privacy of the backyard. Publix grocery store was a mile away for any food or supplies you may need. We just relaxed and got sun burnt before our cruise the next day. Hahahaha! We plan to come back in the future as it was a perfect spot for our family. The neighborhood is quiet with lots of activities close by. Not to mention the close proximity to the beach. So if you’re looking for a chill weekend getaway don’t hesitate to book here. Very clean as well!

We enjoyed our week at the Indian beach house. It was great to be so close to the many parks and beaches. Our dog had a blast at the dog beach and dog parks. Great house and great location.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. It had everything we could ask for in a vacation house and it was super clean. We were looking for a place with a pool, near the beach, and this definitely hit the mark. We’ll be staying here again multiple times.

Wonderful house with huge private pool. We loved it.
The large kitchen is fully equipped. We didn't really find anything that was missing. There is even a wine refrigerator. There is also a Weber grill on the terrace.
Absolutely we found the furniture in the style of the 70s. Fits the time of the moon landing and a trip to the Kennedy Space Center.

The property is exceptionally well maintained and exceptionally clean! Everything was so well cared for inside and out. The pool was clean and maintained during our stay. The yard and plants were beautifully maintained as well. The house was wonderfully decorated and we enjoyed the Florida Space Coast and mid-century modern decor! The neighborhood is safe and perfect for any group (families, couples, retirees etc). The location is convenient to beaches, shopping and dining. Communication with property representatives was prompt, courteous and excellent!!

One of the best VRBOs we've ever stayed in. The home is beautiful inside and out. The yard, landscape, pool with countless floats/toys is ideal for any vacation. Neighborhood was welcoming and location convenient, a Publix around the corner. The house was as well-stocked and clean as one's personal home. You can tell this is a special place for the owners. Square footage and layout were perfect, enough space for our family of 4 (including 2 teenagers) The property manager, Beth, was a dream to work with, responsive and informative.
As Floridians all our lives, living on the East Coast, West Coast and Central FL, this is a vacation rental you want to stay in and revisit again. The atmosphere as a whole reminded us of "old Florida" beach life.

I don’t know where to even start…one thing was better than the next in this house. The decor, loved it…the pool, amazing! Everything you should need during your stay, it’s in this house and more. This place was so comfortable and great to be in that we actually dosing go anywhere really…just stayed in the pool and enjoyed the house. I think I went to the beach one day for 30 mins and then back to the pool. The location is perfect you are near lots of beaches, restaurants and stores to shop in. The neighborhood is quiet and you always feel safe. The backyard is very private. I just can’t say enough about this place…we will

We (my family) frequently visit the area for surf trips and loved staying here. It provided everything we wanted and more. It was clean, cute, cozy, comfortable, well maintained for its age and renovations, and the property manager was excellent. Everything we needed was there and all instructions to manage the house efficiently was at our finger tips with the provided instructions and a responsive property manager. I loved the proximity to the beach, restaurants, as well as a quiet neighborhood, the nearby park for running and walking our dog. And, the pool was great, so nice to come home to and relax or just hang out all day! We definitely would go back.

This home sits in a quiet neighborhood close to walking trails, the beach, many great restaurants and stores. It was very comfortable for the 4 of us. We especially enjoyed the backyard and pool - very private and relaxing.
Some of our favorite places to visit included Canova Dog Beach, Swamp Donkey Airboat Rides, Frigate's Waterfront Bar & Grill, and the Cuban Island Restaurant.

Loved this house, perfect neighborhood, very quiet, close to beach. The pool is awesome, the yard is well maintained and very tropical. Plenty of the necessities, towels, glasses, bowls etc. The retro decor was so adorable! Loved the flamingo that greeted us upon entry. Thank you to the manager for being a gracious and available host.

This property came with everything. It was well supplied and very comfortable. The house was nestled in a quiet friendly neighborhood, and the best part was the oasis of the backyard. A private pool surrounded by palms and hibiscus made us feel like we were in a tropical paradise. The hosts were very attentive and helpful. The beach was an easy walk. We highly recommend this property

What a great property! Nicely updated. Huge pool. Beautiful backyard. I stayed here for a week with my wife and our two young kids, and we had a blast. Very private and super close to the beach! Beth was awesome and answered any questions that I had.

The home is exactly as described and met our expectations. 5 star on furnishings, cleanliness, location and communication with Beth - the house had everything we needed and we were very happy with our experience.
We didn’t use the pool because it was too cold (we stayed during record low temps) but the low temps gave us the advantage of seeing the manatees in the canal off DeSoto which was an unexpected treat. We enjoyed walks at Gleason Park and seeing the turtles in the water at the park was a pleasant surprise. We also enjoyed sunsets at the Melbourne Pier, a 4 am Rocket Launch on the beach and dining at the local restaurants. A few of our favorite places to eat are Longdoggers, Palm Shores Bistro, Antonio & Vitoria’s (read the reviews, this is an experience with authentic Italian food and you need to plan several hours for dinner but it was well worth it) and Henry ‘s Cuban Cafe for grab and go - don’t let the fact that this is in a gas station deter you - it’s very clean, the food is excellent and the ladies that worked there are very friendly.
We have family in the area and would definitely stay here again 😊

One of the best vacations I've had in a while
Our stay was absolutely incredible. The house is beautiful. The pool is absolutely amazing. You are less than a mile from the beach and close to local stores and food. You cannot ask for a better place to stay. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Awesome Getaway
The property was perfect. Clean, spacious and convenient location. Just what we were looking for! Loaded with every appliance and extra touches to feel like home. The swimming pool was enormous and had a beautiful backyard ambiance. Weber grill, gas stove and a large refrigerator. Highly recommend for a weekend stay or longer.

Retro Cool at the Beach!
We loved our stay at this beautiful home in Indian Harbor Beach! This home is perfect and has the best pool. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and is far enough away from all the tourist areas to enjoy the peaceful and tranquil surroundings but close enough to get to all the area attractions. The beautiful beach is moments away and there are numerous local restaurants nearby. So glad we had the opportunity to stay and we hope to come back again soon.

Wonderful stay.. we didn't want to leave!
Our family usually stays in a condo on the Gulf side of FL but decided to try something new! The house was spotless upon arrival, a cozy layout perfect for our family of 4 that was looking for togetherness w/ our kiddos. The pool was bigger than pictured & the yard very private and relaxing. The kids loved that there was a “deep” end of the pool for jumping/diving. We loved the mid-century vibe of the house & neighborhood - quiet, safe & all the people we met were so friendly. The beaches were beautiful & nearby; restaurants & shopping were great. I must point out that this home had hand soap in the bathrooms & kitchen, coffee & creamers, laundry detergent, & dishwasher tabs... all enough for the week. It also started us off w/ toilet paper, paper towel, spices, olive oil, etc. instead of wasting / tossing unopened items, they left them for the next guests… really saves money! The home also provided bikes, pool floaties, a full cooler - all big enough for our tall family (2 adults & 2 teens:) Very nice appliances, wine fridge, WIFI, & A/C. The weather was great, the kids didn't want to leave:) The Property Manager, Beth, was very nice, responsive & available. Great vacation, we would definitely book this property, again!

Fantastic location and property
This property was one of the best we have ever visited. The home was clean, the owner was responsive to our questions and the backyard was a private oasis.
The location was perfect for a family! There is a huge athletic field a few blocks away that is surrounded by a walking and biking trail. There is also a skate park, playground, and library next to the field. That was all about a 5 minute walk.
I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach/pool home!
This house was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. We loved the crisp, clean decor and the kitchen and baths are beautifully updated. The pool was wonderful after a day at the beach. We took advantage of the bikes and rode a very safe, direct path/road to the beach. Highly recommend this home for your beach vacation!

Fantastic!
This is definitely the best VRBO stay we have ever had. The house was immaculate, and everything seemed to be brand new. It had everything you would need for a fun stay for our family of 4, including pool toys and floats, bikes, beach items, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The pool was the perfect size for our kids and cousins that came to visit, and was clean and just the right temperature. The owner was very responsive and checkin/checkout was seamless. The location is in a very quiet, cute community with several nice beaches within a 10 minute drive, a Publix in 5 minutes, and several good restaurants within 10 minutes (Try Long Doggers, Too Cool Cafe, or Squid Lips). You can’t go wrong with this rental.

A special spot back in time!
These native Brevardians couldn't have loved this cozy home more!
The minute we stepped in it felt like we were back in time with the Terazzo floors , and Mid century decor, We nick named the house "the Bewitched house" after the tv show.. We enjoyed playing records, and dancing to the BeachBoys, Our favorite part of the house would be the pool, we spent more time in the pool then at the beach. My daughter watched the sunrise every morning , we also rode bikes up to the beach. We celebrated both of our kids Birthdays, the dining room was a perfect backdrop for pictures! And the icing on the cake was that my parents live 2 miles from the house, so we got to see the grandparents ALL the time.
My daughter would say that this house is photo shoot worthy!! Many beautiful spots to get a great photo! The house was fully equipped to prepare meals, and fresh clean linens. Only two things that are negatives for this property would be that the living room furniture is not the comfy type to settle in and watch movies on, more just for show, and it would have been more convenient to have a garage door opener for those heavy rainy afternoons in FL.
Other then that the House was a great vacation spot to stay in our hometown!

Very conveniently located in a family oriented neighborhood with a library and huge park a block away. Incredibly clean and well kept. Beautiful property with the best pool. Highly recommened!!!!

Great Place for Family
We had a great time here with our kids (4 & 2). The pool is bigger than expected, and also has a 7-ft deep end that is good for adults and bigger kids jumping in. Lots of pool toys, beach toys, towels, etc. in the garage, as well as books and puzzles inside.

Great Space Coast Stay!
Has everything you could need: pool, bikes, walking distance to the beach. Very clean and house has all the amenities and accessories needed for a short or long term stay. Good wifi for those working from home as well. Hosts were awesome and quick to respond with questions. Perfect!
