The upgrade to the apartment was an unexpected bonus. The evening meal was superb - just wish the restaurant had been open to residents on both evenings.

Obliging staff. An apartment that exactly met our needs. Excellent parking. Easy access to shops etc. warm and comfortable. Beautiful towels. Hot water always available.. modern showers

Lovely hotel close to centrebof mumbles with free parking. The hotel was spotlessly clean and all the staff helpful and friendly. Our double room with living room and kitchen suited us perfectly. We bought breakfast at the hotel whichvwad really tadty. I would recmmend the hotel

Loved the apartment - facilities and cleanliness were superb. We also enjoyed our evening meals in the restaurant, good choice of menu and beautifully cooked. I will certainly recommend Norton House to friends and I look forward to coming again.

On this occasion we stayed in one of the apartments with our grandchildren. It is excellent for a family as the lounge and kitchen add lots of flexibility. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing a meal. The location is ideal for a short walk to Mumbles. There is a large car park . The breakfast is good and reasonably priced. Recommended for a good place to stay whilst visiting the Gower. We bring our bikes and use the cycle track in both directions along the front.

We had our own apartment with 2 children so it was ideal for us. Just had evening meal on 2nd night and it was just perfect!
Will definitely come again and have more time to enjoy the hotel and its lovely garden area.

We stayed in an apartment (second time) and really appreciate the cleanliness, facilities and excellent showers! The staff are accommodating and friendly. My only niggle is the cooked breakfast which is tiny.

Unfortunately we were involved in RTA and my wife was hospitalised. The hotel looked after me and my son exceptionally well. It is a first class place, and you should be very proud of what you offer.

Our upgraded suite was quite unexpected but the double ensuite room was quite cramped while all the rest of the suite was roomy and comfortable. The food was good and the early bird discounts were very welcome.

Staff from the moment we arrived through to our final morning were helpful and assisted greatly by moving our upstairs apartment to a downstairs when they noted my elderly mother with a stick; didn’t even need to ask.

The apartment rooms we had were quite stunning with everything we needed for a self catering stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast 1st class and we will be staying there again.

Husband and myself stayed in one room in main hotel which was great. Loved the new bathroom.
Adult children stayed in apartment with 2 bedrooms. Carpet was old and shower water not draining away. Otherwise it was fine.
Breakfast could be more imaginative. Perhaps use of local produce?

Great overnight stay. Lovely old manor house converted to a hotel. We stayed in one of the apartments which was very roomy, comfortable and convenient. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was a lovely room and the good was good - not excellent but certainly very tasty and very good value.

Stayed two nights for my daughters wedding. Staff were helpful and friendly, venue was clean and well presented. Lovely hog roast with a selection of salads for the reception. Plenty for everyone.

We stayed in the Langland apartment.
Newly refurbished, seemingly on a very tight budget. Good kitchen but basic things missing in other rooms. Very clean. Noisy. No usable WiFi. Hotel reception staff friendly but ineffective/unconcerned. Good location, 10 minutes walk to shops and very close to the sea front.

Stayed many times before , brought along my family and children to celebrate birthday and visit relatives , plus visiting beaches ⛱️. Rooms were great , one did have leak which quickly rectified . We also had apartment which was perfect for use as we had a 11 month old baby with us.

Visiting Swansea Uni open day and needed two rooms. The apartment represented excellent value and had everything we needed and more, even a dishwasher. Will definitely stay when in area again and have already recommended to a friend.
