Very nice and Quiet place!

Pictures were accurate. It’s not very cozy and the hot water runs out quickly. We only needed it as a place to lay our heads since we were in town to spend Thanksgiving with friends. I see the attraction for singles looking to enjoy the trails. Host was a great communicator. My 11year old bled through the sheets and didn’t tell me so we got charged an extra $50. I get it, but am discouraged by the loss. Overall great for mountain bikers maybe not so much for a family w/kids.

Excellent cabin on the edge of some of the popular trails. You feel like you are in the middle of the woods, by yourself. Fully stocked cabin with everything you need, but if you run out the store is only minutes away. Highly recommend and we'll be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was perfect. They had everything we needed for our stay and extras. Enrique and Muriel were always available for any questions we had. We will definitely stay with them again. Bella Vista is a beautiful place. We can’t wait to go back.

House was very specious, modern and like being at home away from home, everything needed is provided by the exceptional hosts, that have shown us nothing but good ol southern hospitality. Home is built in a beautiful location with many amenities. I would 10 out of 10 recommend staying at one of their homes.

Perfect house for a MTB trip. Very clean, spacious, and all the accommodations you could want for a bike vacation: wash station, bike stands, and a workshop with most tools. It’s just a few yards from trails. Highly recommended!

Great location for NW Arkansas vacation. Great access to mountain bike trails. Fantastic shop for bike maintenance. We were quite happy with the accommodations.

The house was just as incredible as the pictures make it look! The location was just far enough off the beaten path to be nice and quiet, but close enough for us to enjoy all the local sights and trails.

The house was about 100 yards from the Huntley Gravity Zone Trail hub. Perfect for our stay. The location gave us the opportunity to explore the mountain bike trails in the Sugar area, yet close to Bentonville to ride Slaughter Pen and Coller. I was able to link trails from the house to downtown Bentonville without being on a road. The home was comfortable and well stocked with basic Necessities. Small bike shop and wash down station were a huge plus. Communicating with the property owner was easy and fast. I’ll be back this Fall and look forward to renting this property again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Enrique made the checkin process so simple. The house was clean, beds were very comfortable, and I loved sitting on his porch each morning with a cup of coffee to see deer in the woods. My husband loved having immediate access to the trails as well!

Gravity House was perfect for our group! Everything was so neat, tidy & comfortable. The setting was beautiful and the access to trails was just what we wanted. Having the bike workshop was very handy. Enrique was a great host and even accommodated us with a late check out request. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway for MTB lovers, clean place, even MTB tools onsite . We will be back next year!

I’ve stayed in Bella Vista 4 times and this was one of my favorites. Everything you need, plenty of room, great kitchen, restrooms were spotless. BBQ grill was great. Bike shop is a nice touch if repairs are needed. The shock pump I brought didn’t fit my shock to deflate since it’s mounted in a upside down orientation but was able to use the one in the shop. Lifesaver. Highly recommended. This will be at the top of my list for next trip back.

Nice, clean, and relaxing place to stay!

Great location for biking in northwest Arkansas. I took my grandson here for a few days of mountain biking. We arrived at 4:05 pm on a Saturday and were riding outstanding trails at 4:15. Gravity zone just one minute from front door. We spent two days mountain biking then spent a day at beaver lake kayaking and grilling hamburgers. Also spent a morning at a world class pump track in Springdale and an afternoon at the Railyard jump track (outstanding). For dinner don’t miss the Lakepoint restaurant and event center, just 10 minutes from house. I’m from Louisiana and New Orleans doesn’t have a better restaurant. Also don’t miss the Sushi House on 14th street in Bentonville. (Yes, sushi in Bentonville, who would have thought it). If you have any questions about biking trails just ask Enrique, he knows every biking trail and park within a 50 mile radius. The house was very clean and private, nestled in a bunch of big oak trees and I will stay here again the next time I am in the area.

This property has everything you need to enjoy the Huntley Gravity Park and the Little Sugar Trail System. The privacy offered by the larger lot made evenings on the back deck a joy. The bike repair shop and washing station were wonderful to have. I was able to catch up on some bike maintenance and leave with clean bikes. The hosts were quick with communication and very accommodating. I will 100% be back.

Great small house in perfect location. Quiet but not too far away from all types of bike trails.

This process was very simple. We couldn't have been more satisfied! We also got the chance to meet the homeowner, who was very hospitable and kind. We can't wait to go back.
