Thoughtful owner who clearly prioritizes clients. The only real recommendation is to outfit the kitchen Kitchen with a wider selection of pots and pans.

From the very beginning Masato, the host, was very helpful. He checked in frequently and went out of his way to accommodate my needs as a fire evacuee. The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe. The price was very reasonable making this a great deal! If I have need to stay in Fresno I will look for one of Masato’s properties. He has several in the area. Thank you for your kindness!!!

We needed somewhere near multiple events for my daughter's wedding weekend, and this property was perfect. We were able to get to every venue easily, and when there was an airport pickup on short notice, we were able to get there quickly as well. Communication about check in and other info about the property was extensive, and the one question I had was answered promptly. The neighborhood was quiet and the property well-maintained. I would have loved to spend some time in the backyard, but we were in and out all weekend. If I need to stay in Fresno again, I will definitely look for this property or any other managed by Masato

The property was in great shape inside and out. We enjoyed our stay and the property was close enough to the nightlife on 5th Street in Clovis. Overall it was a relaxing trip and a nice getaway. I would stay here again.

The property was just what we wanted and needed for a long weekend of competitive swimming. While the house was a little farther away from the pool than the team hotel, it allowed for better rest and relaxation between races.

After a stay we had a couple of nights before this one, this was a thousand times better. Being able to cook meals was great! The only thing missing were measuring utensils. The house has been completely remodeled and it is very nice. It has great spaces for the pets to explore. Absolutely would stay here again if ever in the area.

Of all the home rentals we’ve stayed at this was our absolute favorite! It was the nicest and cleanest place we’ve ever stayed at. Especially, if we’re comparing to all the home rentals in the US that we’ve stayed at, I can’t believe it was here in Fresno, CA. The home is a true charm and we were grateful to have made it our home for 3 nights. Convenient to stores and freeway. Quiet and clean neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent two nights in Fresno with our family of four. This property was ideal. It was extremely well resourced, it was meticulously clean, and felt very secure. Location was close to everything we wanted to see in Fresno. There were a lot of nice little extra touches like available laundry detergent and coffee. It was great having three good size bedrooms and two full bathrooms, in addition to an available washer and dryer. The kitchen was very well appointed. The open concept kitchen, living area, and dining room was nice. The climate control and Wi-Fi both worked perfectly. The only slight negative was the “open concept” toilet and shower in the master bedroom suite (not our style). Masato communicated with us very well before, during, and after our stay, and he made extra efforts to ensure that all of our needs were met. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay in Fresno and we would definitely stay here again if we return. Highly recommend

The owners were very available when I needed to contact them, through my own misunderstanding. And were always available!

We had a great time visiting the National Parks and also Big Sur and Monterey Bay. We were central to everything and the house was very clean and the hospitality was outstanding and v ery responsive.

We had a good time with family at the property. It was a great place for us to re-connect. Overall, it is a good property. We had what we needed. This was my first experience with Vrbo! Thank you for a good first experience! I will use the service again!

The house is perfect for traveling to the nearby national parks and as a family we enjoy visiting and hiking the parks. We found the house in excellent condition and to our liking and the owner was very helpful and accommodating to us. We felt taken care of. I recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. Plenty of space to gather, eat, play games. It’s a cute residential neighborhood close to restaurants & stores. We visited King’s Canyon National Park. It’s just over an hour away and magnificent. We would stay here again.

The property was very clean and organized. The kitchen drawers and cabinets were all labeled so there was no guessing. The essential such as coffee, creamer, sugar, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soaps, etc was stocked for you. The appliance was all clean and new. We were in Fresno for my uncle’s funeral...Masato is truly a great host. He made this very difficult time less stressful. Thank you so much.
