We enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper and would return. The house is spacious and well appointed, and it was very clean. The easy access to the beach can’t be beat. The only thing I’d change is that the couch in the main seating area was quite dirty and very uncomfortable. It’s the only the place to sit in that room, so that was disappointing.

This house was great for our girls' getaway weekend! Each bedroom had it's own en-suite, which were all nice and updated, plus a half bath on the upper entertaining level. The patios had comfortable lounge furniture with plenty of seating for everyone. The living room furniture was all very comfortable and we were easily able to fit 10 people on the sofa for hanging out at night. Highly recommend! Quite literally walk across the street to access the private beach. Only con is that the pool is truly a dip pool (photos online make it look larger than actually is), but it was still perfect for lounging about after a long hot day on the beach! Outdoor shower for rinsing off before coming back inside was key! Garage had space for one car, and enough storage room for chairs/beach toys. We were then easily able to park 3 additional mid-size SUVs across the driveway without being in the street (no street parking allowed, so be wise on # cars). THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Great views, perfect for a large group, the few issues we had were taken care of by the rental company.

Our family really enjoyed this property! The elevator was a huge help when it came to bringing up suite cases and groceries plus my husband has issues with his ankle so he used it quite a bit! Super clean and the beach was so close. We will stay there again in the future!

Beautiful Home, well appointed, so close to the beach... outstanding ocean views. Extremely comfortable for our group of 5 Couples. We all have been friends for 45+ years and have traveled together to Europe, Caribbean, across the United States. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ron

Pool was excellent. Steps from the beach

We had a fantastic time in Emerald Breeze. Nothing beats the location of the house. The beach is just a few steps away, the beach access is in front of the house. It is super convenient. The beach is private, we felt like we owned the beach. Our family of 14 felt like we had the beach for ourselves. They have few beach chairs that can be carried by their wagon to the beach. We used Jay’s beach service for the beach umbrellas and chairs set and he’s affordable and had great service for sure. The house is soo beautiful, the moment we walked in we knew we picked the right place. It’s clean and the kitchen is well equipped. They have all the pans needed and the serving plates, silverware’s, etc. They have a huge walk in pantry as well. We cooked almost everyday and the dining and living room are huge to fit the family comfortably. They have Netflix, Disney channels, etc. We love the bar with wine cooler. The rooms are huge and each room has its own bathroom. Beds are comfortable. We have few minor requests with housekeeping like beach towels and from the maintenance but the response was so quick and efficient. We would stay here again. We created wonderful memories that will be cherished forever. Thank you again Emerald Breeze!
