This property and location are incredible! We loved our stay here and the location is so central! We had grandparents and littles with us and the home was perfect. Fully stocked with everything we needed. The management group is great to work with and so nice! Highly recommend this property for your next stay in Maui!!!

We stayed here for my daughters wedding in Olowalu. It was the perfect place and was central to everything we needed to go to! The 10 minute walk to the beach and the pool at the house were great for us! I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone!

The location was on point- short walk to the beach or drive to other local beaches. Neighbor is quiet and peaceful. Home was clean, spacious with a wonderful pool, hot tub, deck and kitchen.

The property was very comfortable and well equipped. Grocery stores nearby are convenient. We had one small problem and the property manager responded immediately.

This is a gorgeous house! We brought our family of 9 and there was plenty of room to have our own space and also all be together. Huge kitchen to cook in and plenty of room to eat inside and outside. The guest suite is perfect for families with smaller children. It was easy to keep an eye on them by the pool. The pool is perfect for little kids as well as adults and we cannot wait to come back next year!

Wonderful property for our family of 7. Space for everyone to have some relax time. Pool and whirlpool were much appreciated. It was nice to have a supplied kitchen to cook together and grill! The welcome basket was a blessing as we had quite the trip getting to Maui.

Our family of 7 spent 8 nights in this beautiful home. As soon as you walk through the front door you get the feeling that this is going to be a great stay. My kids loved the the freedom to play ping pong, swim, explore and have some alone time in the many bedrooms available. The ice machine on the bar was a great touch along with just about every kitchen gadget you could imagine. Location was 4 min to Whalers Village and beach. We highly recommend this rental and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Pros: It's a great house in a nice neighborhood, located across the street from the golf course, beach and resorts. The house was tastefully decorated and there were some nice amenities. Cons: Too many rules and restrictions! Can't use the pool or hot tub after 9pm. Can't bring anyone to the house that are not registered guests. Can't have more than 3 cars. Can't park on the street. No early check-ins or late check-outs. If you do this or don't do that, you'll be fined or kicked out without a refund. It was stressful trying to follow all of the rules. My family and I went there to celebrate my 50th birthday, but we didn't feel like we could truly have fun. We had to meet people elsewhere because we couldn't have them come and BBQ with us at the house. We are responsible, mature adults but felt like kids in a classroom. I understand the need for some of the rules for safety, respect for residents, and protection of property, but with a pandemic, a house is safer to gather than a public area. We didn't have a choice and couldn't thoroughly enjoy the house that paid to stay in. Plus... -Master bedroom did not have it own bathroom - it's shared -Ceiling fan in the living did not operate correctly -Temperature controls in showers were the opposite (hot is cold and cold is hot - learned the hard way!) -Fridge ice maker was not working -Lights turned on/off sporadically (not the sensored ones) -Cameras made people feel "watched" and uncomfortable -TV remotes were not working properly, even after we changed out the batteries

This property was fabulous! We had a wonderful time!

Teenagers were happy with the pool and hot tub. Everyone loved the Kitchen and amenities. Plenty of space for 5 people. Russ was excellent with response time via text. Great Time and Home!

My family and I spent several days/nights here while preparing for my wedding. It was a wonderful place for all of us. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was big and spacious. The open concept into the living room allowed us all to be together. The pool and hot tub were AMAZING and we had the best time spending time in them. The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe the entire stay. The decor inside was also great. The outdoor showers were a plus for after the beach; the beach chairs and other items provided were also great! We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this property to anyone and everyone!

This property and location exceeded our expectations! Walking distance to the ocean and restaurants was convenient. We'd come to this same spot again!

Great property for a family vacation

We LOVED this property! We were in Maui for a family vacation that included 3 generations from 1 year old to 69. It was great for all ages! We spent every afternoon playing in the pool, grilled out every night, and all had space to spread out and be comfortable. It was great to have a washer and dryer on hand, as well as access to beach towels and beach toys. We hope to come back and stay again...it was the perfect location for all that we wanted to do!

The Hale Evans at Kaanapali Vista worked out perfectly for our family of six. All couples, so each couple enjoyed their own bedroom and bath. The open floor plan of the family room & kitchen opening out onto the deck was very comfortable and made for great interaction. The walk to Kaanapali Beach and Whalers Village was reasonable. The hardest part was waiting at the stop light to cross the busy street. In the end we found parking at Whalers Village and having our parking validated when purchasing something (which we did every day) was very convenient, especially at the end of the day. The pool and jacuzzi were very nice. Even after a day at the beach, it was nice to take a quick dip in the pool and use the outdoor showers to rinse off. We liked that the house uses solar power too. Beach chairs, beach towels, bamboo mats, and umbrellas were all provided which was very convenient! The kitchen had ample supplies of dish ware, pots and pans, bowls, utensils, bowls, and a variety of appliances. Although the standard blender was not working we found making margaritas with the “bullet” mixer very easy and convenient. After making pineapple, papaya, strawberry, mango and blueberry margaritas, the group favorite was clearly the pineapple margarita!

This property was in the perfect location for what we had planned during our trip. Enjoyed our stay in this comfortable house!

Great home with everything you would have in your own home. Very comfortable clean and great location for easy walk to shopping and beach. Property management was informative and helpful. Renting the property and doing the booking was simple and on point no problems .

We booked our stay at Hale Evans 3 days before traveling to Maui. We were a group of 8 people, celebrating a honeymoon, birthday, and ready to have a good time. This house has EVERYTHING you could possibly want in a vacation rental. The house is open, clean, and has everything stocked that you could need. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were one of our favorite locations of the entire house! The location is also perfect. You are within 15 minutes of some the most beautiful beaches Maui has to offer. Thomas, our host, went above and beyond for all of our needs and questions. We really cant say enough about this house and highly recommend it to anyone who has a big group. We cant wait to return to Maui and visit the Hale Evans property in the future!

The rental house perfect for large families. With 4 bedrooms, plenty of room for some extended family too. Ideal location in heart of Kaanapali and quick drive to Lahaina south or Kapalua north. Plenty of top notch restaurants nearby. Beautiful sunsets on west side of Maui. House itself is well taken care of and excellently managed by the Harris group. Very responsive to any questions/concerns during booking, leading up to trip and while there. House very clean. Well stocked kitchen. AC in every room. Washer/dryer. Etc. nice pool and hot tub which are kids used everyday. Pool not heated but attached hot tub that overflows into pool heats up pretty hot on demand. We were there in February, basically the coolest time of year (if that is saying much considering so little temp fluctuation in Maui relatively speaking) and the pool water temp was tolerable. Overall couldn’t ask for more in a rental home in Maui. We will return! Again, can’t praise the management enough, they are great! Mahalo!

Can't ask for more , one of the closest homes to the kaanapali resorts with plenty of space to move located on the kaanapali kai golf course. This beautiful Hawaiian home is just the ticket ,a great rest for the 8 of us on our way home from skiing in canada

Nothing but positives to say about the place and our stay

great location (near all the action from hotel row at Kaanapali beach) but far enough away to get some quiet time. Allows for easy access to some great beaches on the upper west side and walking distance to Whaler's Village is a bonus. Further, not a bad drive to get to Paia on the the north side, or into Kahului for shopping or more action. Perfect spot for easy access to multiple quality golf courses too House was perfect: pool was a great addition and made for a lovely setting. Clean house and in good repair - nice working kitchen, which made staying in for meals a pleasure. service was excellent and lots of good explanations/labels in the house (for making things work) we had a super vacation and would seriously consider renting the same house in the future.

I’m sick of staying in rentals that look great in pictures and you walk in to disappointment. This house is just as pictured, beautiful, roomy, and in such a fun location!
