This is my second time coming to Nashville and I was pleased with my stay here. Everything was very clean and spacious. Also very close to downtown with plenty of other food and shopping options besides broadway. The property manager, Laura, was very responsive to our concerns and friendly. The only cons would be there is currently construction going on next door, it’s next to train tracks, and lastly the listing was advertised as 4 baths when it’s actually 3 and a half bath on the first floor. Overall, everything was lovely and would recommend staying here.

The property is just like the pictures and very large. Great location for seeing Nashville. It's only a 10 minute drive to the center of the city without going on the highway. There's also a Kroger just down the street so you can pick up groceries.

My family LOVED it. When we arrived the checkin process was very easy and accurate. I appreciate the prompt communication with Laura. The house was clean and just as the pictures showed. We were very comfortable with plenty of space for the seven of us. I would definitely recommend this unit to family, friends, and Vrbo members that are looking for a great place to stay while visiting Nashville Tn. I will for sure be rebook this location.

We arrived at 10:30pm with our house not properly being finished with the cleaning. Cleaning supplies, dirty towels and rugs along with shampoo bottles were left scattered. 2 very loud smoke detectors were continually beeping at us saying low battery. (They also had no batteries in them and hanging from the ceiling) I called VRBO along with Laura the host multiple times to have someone come over to help us get them fixed. We had no vehicle and didn’t want to venture out at 11 to fix these things that should have been done before we arrived. When Laura did get back to us she said she was aware of the defectors going off by the cleaner at 8:30pm but according to her everyone is done working by 5pm and nobody could come over to help us. She told me ( who I’m 5’1) to climb on a ladder and unplug the smoke detectors from the 12ft ceilings. The whole situation was very unprofessional. I spent 2 hrs on hold with VRBO who also DID NOTHING to help us. I’m very upset with the whole stay because there was no communication between the host and her maintenance/cleaners.The cleaners showed up the next day asking to come get their cleaning supplies. Said they had to leave because of the loudness of the detectors and thought we didn’t check in for a couple more days. Once the maintenance finally showed up the next day at 5pm he couldn’t fix the problem. Couches were also broken upstairs so we couldn’t use them. I would not recommend this place at all. No communication with the host even those they make is seem they have 24 hr service if you need any help.

Property was perfect for our group . Communication with the property manager was easy and very accommodating! Would recommend it for anyone looking for an amazing vacation!

Conveniently located and a short Uber ride to Broadway! Lots of areas to relax with friends. Soft beds and lots of pillows!!

We arrived to this house around 11pm after a long day of travel. The house was filthy. Beds were stripped, sheets were in the laundry room in dirty piles, floors were a mess, many dirty dishes, the toilets had not been cleaned, hair and toothpaste in the sinks. I reached out to the host that night. The next morning I did not have a response. I reached out again and advised that I wanted the beds made before the rest of my guests arrived. Again, no response. I reached out to her a total of four times during our stay and never heard a word. We spent the first 1.5 days of a 4 day trip cleaning, making beds, scrubbing other peoples you know what out of the toilets. I have gotten VRBO involved. Other terrible things about this home-sleeps 8 yet has a 5 cup coffee maker and only 5 coffee mugs. We literally had to purchase another coffee maker. There is also a broken chair in the living room which someone from our group fell out of and hit their head hard on the wall. This was the absolute worst experience in a rented vacation home.

House was exactly what we expected and more. Very clean, great size, ten minute Uber to the city. Beautifully decorated. We had a blast celebrating our Buffalo Bills!!

Beautiful property with a ton of room. The master bath and bedroom were massive. Easy place to access but right across from railroad tracks. All of the other reviews were correct there are plenty of stairs!

The beds were SO comfortable, the place was well decorated and so nice. We were no more than a 10 minute drive from everywhere we had to go! Would love to come back and visit again!

Loved this house! It is a beautiful home and not far from Broadway. We were amazed by how beautiful this house was. Very clean and very spacious! Only thing that we didn't like was the train being so close but it really wasn't that bad. I would highly recommend

Overall we had a great stay, however there were some issues. It was close enough to Uber to downtown, bit not walkable area at all. The house was large but hard to keep warm or cold. The water filter needed to be replaced and multiple people got sick from drinking the water. We let them know the say we got there that this was an issue and they never replied. Also the wifi password we got was not working and reached out about that as well with no response. We were asked to sweep before we left but had no dust pan to sweep with, had the light turn on in a locked room 1 day after arriving. We had food delivered to the house and multiple times it said they were delivered and not there when we opened the door unless we did it immediately. The house was great but the hosts were not the greatest.

This beautiful and spacious home was a perfect fit for the four of us while in Nashville. The beds are comfortable with plenty of seating through out the houseIf you are ambitious several restaurants and bars are within walking distance, Brothers Burgers is the best. I will for sure stay here again on my next Nashville adventure.

Extremely spacious for our group. Very close to Broadway which is where we spent most of our time. Uber was more expensive than expected, average cost was close to $20-$30 for one way. Loved the property tho!

This house was very nice and decorated well! The rooftop patio was also a great place to hangout and relax. Wish there was more seating in the living room but we were able to pull up a kitchen chair when needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute little loft. Lots of steps, I believe about 18 from 1st to 2nd floor, and also from 2nd to 3rd floor. So if you aren't able to climb steps this isn't the place for you. Everything was as described, very clean. The owners were able to address the needs that I had through text message which I liked. I used the 2 car garage although I felt like I had a hard time pulling into it. We had an SUV and a mini van. Pulling in made me feel like I was going to hit the SUV. It was hard to get turned into the garage without struggling. The only complaint the teenagers had was the train that came through multiple times a night. Personally I never heard it.

Enjoyed the house a lot. Plenty of room and close to everything.

It was a beautiful space, lots of natural light, large kitchen, plenty of space for the two families plus kids who stayed there also really liked the separate thermostats for each floor. The proximity to 12 South was key for us, it’s literally a 5 min drive. There are a lot of stairs (3 stories) so just be aware of that if you can’t do stairs. The rooftop balcony was really nice, you can see the sunset and the city which is cool! It worked great for families with kids, but would also be a great spot for people without kids. The only downside I would say is it’s right next to the train tracks and depending on the day/night it may be running every hour to every couple of hours and it’s pretty loud. I would highly recommend bringing a sound machine if you are a light sleeper. Overall we really loved our stay!

Property was nice, parking very limited. No grassy areas. LOTS of steps. No dressers in bedrooms. Seating in living room limited and one chair broken. Ketsup on wall in stairway. All foam mattresses. Very disappointed with VRBO's performance. Didn't receive welcome info and had to ask for it. Two days after checking in, they sent the welcome info twice.
