Loved our stay at serenity point! The drive was absolutely stunning- we ended up staying during peak time to see the leaves change which was such a nice surprise. Just a warning- you may need Dramamine if you are someone who gets carsick. The roads are VERY twisty and windy, and it’s quite a drive to get to most places besides a convenience store, dollar general, and a couple of restaurants. But we realize this is what comes with a more secluded vacation, one where you can truly disconnect and tap into nature, enjoy the slower pace, and escape from the noise of the city. The home is absolutely stunning. More than enough space to hold a couple of families and kids, with plenty of options of things to do during bad weather days. We enjoyed pool, checkers, kids games, foosball, and of course fishing right off the dock. We caught more fish from the dock than we did out on the boat, so don’t think you can’t catch if you don’t bring or rent a boat. I gave the cleanliness 4 stars, bc one of the guest bath tubs was not cleaned and there was something spilled and sticky left on the second story carpet, however, the host arranged to send someone to shampoo the carpet and clean the jets in the tub the following day. Overall we had a lovely time, and the host, Katie, was very accommodating, and quick to respond. The home has everything you need; you can tell they really take the job of hosting seriously. And just like with any great vacation, we only wish we could have stayed longer!

Very beautiful property. Had enough room for me and all my friends. There were some minor cosmetic blemishes here and there, but nothing to make me change my mind about staying. Would stay here again.

We had 10 adults and 8 children and had room for days. The dock and amenities fit everyone’s needs. We also enjoyed the additional fridge and freezer space. If you are looking for a large house away from the main traffic of the lake this is the place.

It was wonderful everyone had a great time the house is beautiful and spaces and had anything and everything that you would need for a pleasant stay. The dock was the best and all of the stuff that you can use was great. Most of us were at the dock for most of the day.The family will be talking about our trip for many year.

Beautiful location and property, perfect for a family getaway

Our family group of 10 (and family dog) were very pleased with this clean and spacious home. Beds were very comfortable. Game room was a hit as well as ping pong table in the garage, though another set of paddles would have been great so we could have played doubles. Kitchen has basically everything you could need to cook for a large group. The extra fridge in the garage was helpful for larger items like bags of ice that were used for coolers. The additional mini fridge and coffee maker downstairs was nice for those who didn’t want to head upstairs for coffee first thing in the morning. Our dog was comfortable in “her room” and really enjoyed the deck space and yard to run around. We used the ample number of gates to keep our dog on the deck when needed, and that was really nice. Both the PWC and boat lifts were great to be able to utilize, although there isn’t much boat traffic. One of the things we all agreed on was while the house is a bit far out from any major happening or shopping, it was very beautiful and peaceful - the name is fitting. We even spotted an eagle or two! If you want to be in the middle of everything, this probably isn’t for you. We did take a 50 min boat ride to The Cave which wasn’t bad. You can swim, jet ski, and surf to your heart’s content right out in front of the house. Overall we would definitely recommend this home. Hosts were responsive to any inquiries and were eager to make our stay pleasurable. 5 stars!

Enjoyed my stay, it was everything I hoped for- we fished, kayak, totally relaxing setting, will love to stay there again---really Satisfied!

Loved the place. It was clean and well stocked. The owners were very responsive to our questions. And loved the fact that we could use their water toys!

The property and stay was wonderful. Although the weather was variable and the temps were below normal, we had anticipated being able to boat and fish a little. The lake levels were exponentially low at the time of our visit so we did not utilize the boat slip area. This was not the property owners fault, but would have made the stay more enjoyable:-)

Really enjoyed our stay here, they had a gorgeous Christmas tree setup and there was space for all. From eating to playing games and cards, it was an ideal home for our busy large family. Hope to be back soon!!

I could go on and on about how wonderful this property is. The house is perfect for a large family gathering. We had 16 during our stay and there was plenty of room for more. The house has so many amenities. There is no chance of being bored when staying here. The views from all of the decks are beautiful. The highlight for us was the dock. We spent most of our time there. Plenty of water toys and floats. The picnic table came in handy for playing cards. There is even a sound system at the dock to play your favorite music. The house was very clean and stocked very well. We brought so many things that we didn’t need to bring. All of the beds were very comfortable. The owners are so nice and very responsive. I can’t wait to book this beautiful getaway again!

Property was beautiful! We had a family gathering with 5 families. House was clean, well-stocked with amenities, host was easy to communicate with, dock and water toys were absolutely perfect for our stay. Spent every day down on the dock and in the water. Basement games were perfect for our group with pool and board games available. Very small kid friendly (2 & 4 year olds) had plenty of toys to play with and were never bored! This vacation was AWESOME with a FANTASTIC property to enjoy with all!

I have a place around the corner from this place. It was my siblings and their families who stayed here. The place was amazing. It seemed to have had a major remodel in the last year - really terrific - comfortable bedding, great kitchen, kids had a blast. This is the quieter side of the Lake of the Ozarks 55mm. You’ll love it!

My husband and I rented this home for a family vacation for ourselves, and our adult children (9 adults all together ) and our infant grandson. We enjoyed the easy access to the dock and lake and the individual rooms so everyone could also have their own space for downtime. It is a bit of a drive from some activities - and a store if you forget a key cooking ingredient - but overall worked well for us since we cooked all our meals there and spent most of our time at the property enjoying the house and lake! Owners were very responsive to our questions!

This home is beautiful and spacious, and the owners have gone to great lengths to provide everything you’ll need for a great lake vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked, beds and linens were comfortable, lots of games. We stayed for 2 weeks over 4th of July and it was perfect for our family and friends. If you’re bringing a boat - I’d advise against bringing it to the house as there’s a final stretch of road that’s very narrow and you won’t want to back it down the driveway because it’s very steep. Marina is nearby and they are SO nice there! They put the boat in for us, stored our trailer and let us keep the boat there overnight before we left. Premium fuel available at MM 60. The house is tucked back somewhat but still on the main channel and can still get some winds and small current making docking challenging at times. Likewise we had very calm days (especially mornings) where the channel was glass and we did all our waterskiing and wakeboarding right near the house. There is also a very nice inlet just across the channel from the house that is nicely protected and perfect for water sports or anchoring. Mayflies appeared after a storm in mass! They were gone in a couple of days. If you’re bringing a pet, know that they have to be contained to small area on the lower level. This is a very remote part of the lake which we really like. Boat traffic is pretty minimal (except on 4th of July weekend). But it’s way out there. Roads are good - steep and windy in spots but not too sketchy. We would return again, highly recommend!

Plenty of rooms and space in this beautiful home. There were 15 of us and we enjoyed all the water toys every day. We enjoyed our stay. The hosts were so prompt with help if we had any questions.

Great communication with the owners. Driveway is extremely steep so if you are brining a boat ask the owner about the garage space up top for trailer parking . Coffman marina was the easiest to launch at if afterhours or on tuesdays tgere is a $5 drop box . Don't just go down to the lower mile markers go up to patriot point marina. It's a great chill hangout spot for families. We went tubing almost every night it was magical with the tons of kids we had(4 families) . Great location with beautiful views anytime of the day. The roads are very narrow if you are towing a trailer but in a vehicle are just fine. Overall 5 stars and the WOW factor of the house is 100% there.

We rented this house for our family vacation and it was a hit! Everyone loved the house and referred to it as the Wow house. Kitchen was perfect for meals together and we spent the evenings playing games in the living room and cornhole on the deck.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. We had a multi generational family gathering and the house was perfect. It was the most well stocked/supplied house we have stayed in over our 17 years of our family gathering. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, dock, exterior or house. All the things. Communication with Katie was excellent, she always replied quickly to our texts with questions. The house is remote - cell service was non existent for us unless on the house WiFi. Not a drawback for us, but good to be aware of if that is an issue for you. We were able to text when out on the boat we rented, but even then phone calls were a struggle. We loved this location on the lake, not a ton of boat traffic and felt safe while our kids were skiing and tubing. We didn’t really see any of the neighbors, they were around but don’t see/hear them much. Again, we felt like this was an amazing rental with much thought and care in taking care of the home and the rental. Thank you!

Overall, loved the property. Lots to do both inside and outside, which is great because it is aways from town. A little hard for older adults, all bedrooms require managing stairs, thought there was a bedroom on the main floor but this was probably just a misreading of the description on my part. Would definitely stay again. It’s everything it claims to be. Hosts were very responsive.

Our family could not have found a more beautiful home and beautiful view. Everything was perfect: the open floor plan, the bedrooms, the stocked kitchen, the game room, the large dining table to gather with loved ones, pool table and spacious lower level. I can't say enough ! The owners were amazing to work with and always available. Our family plans to return and enjoy every inch of it again! You will not be disappointed!

This house was absolutely amazing. It was beautiful inside and out. The owners were so courteous and helpful. We had 6 adults and 6 kids! So we had a full house and everyone had plenty of room! The house had toys, every game you can imagine and a pool table. The boat dock was very hand for us with two boats. So peaceful, we look forward to staying next year!!

It’s hard for my family to get together and this venue was the PERFECT place to do that. We took a weekend and it was relaxing and great. Serenity Point was just that…Serenity. Planning on next year’s family retreat.

Owners were amazingly responsive and accommodating! Allowed for an early check in and left us a fun surprise upon arrival. Property is very pretty, and we had a great time. Would definitely re-book for another lake getaway!
