When we arrived the house had not been thoroughly cleaned. There were also broken window panes, cracked tiles, warped floors, peeling paint, etc. We did not have water in one of the bathrooms, one shower did not work properly and we had some electrical issues as well as a dirty pool. In short, the house did not appear as nice as it did in the listing. The first 24 hours were pretty much a disaster since we were on the phone with the property management team and VRBO all evening as well as hosting a maintenance man, cleaning crew and plumber that evening and the next day. Not a great start to our week! We were disappointed to say the least. Once the repairs were made, the week improved. Aruba is beautiful and we enjoyed the island immensely. The house was a good size for our needs (8 adults) but definitely needs some serious TLC and the rental rate should be adjusted accordingly. It is listed as 5 beds/4 baths but the 4th bath is really tiny and poorly constructed which does not allow the water to drain well. This was the most expensive rental we've booked through VRBO and the least nice accommodations.

We had an amazing time at this property! The house is absolutely beautiful! I honestly don’t even know where to start. It’s across the street from an amazing beach. Like people get to the beach at 7am to find a spot to park because it’s such a good beach. Bring goggles because you can snorkel right off the sand. We saw amazing fish, turtles, all the cool stuff! The house itself is huge, open, super clean and functional. Almost all the bedrooms have on suite bathrooms which is very nice for our large group. The beds are also the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in in a rental property. The house literally has everything you could ever want. Our group would take turns lounging by the pool, and swimming in the ocean, and playing corn hole, and having all our meals at the awesome and large backyard table. The p Outside backyard also has two bathrooms which is so nice when you are wet and don’t want to have to go inside! We are a picky group and honestly I can’t say one negative thing about this house, I cannot wait to go back! Finally, the management company of the house is incredible. I couldn’t figure out how to lock the back door on our first night, I called them at 11:30pm (sorry again!) and they were so nice and told me exactly what to do. We were missing one persons bath towel and they showed up with a bag of towels and more shampoos for us. They also helped us check in a little early and late which was so appreciated. Look no further, you’ve found your home! Thank you again for an amazing stay, I just wish it was longer!

The best feature of the house is the location as it is across from Boca Catalina Beach. The beach has some good snorkeling. The pool and deck area is very nice.

Location was PERFECT. Pool was perfect. The house needs updating/renovations. Doors very hard to lock and finishes in the house are chipping, missing floor planks, water damaged ceiling in one bathroom etc. The stairway need a handrail on both sides since there is about an 8 inch gap to the wall. Also had someone fall twice in the sunken dining room. Very hard to distinguish that there is a step-down since everything is white marble tile.

12 days in Aruba!! This home was so lovely and spacious! We had a group of 12 as we celebrated hubby's 60th! We all enjoyed the roominess indoors and out. The pool area was amazing with a large dining table outside. Bathrooms- men and women- outdoors by the pool were so convenient! We loved the easy access to snorkeling any time we wanted by just walking across the street and a fabulous beach right around the corner at Arashi Beach. You have to try the Frozen Mango Mojitos! Hanging out in the evenings at the Moomba Beach club was very fun and entertaining. Husband also enjoyed his charter fishing trip! Catching a sailfish was awesome and the boat crew took the keeper fish to the Driftwood where they prepared a delicious dinner for our group! and another Birthday dinner surprise at the Old Man by the Sea restaurant was out of this world!! The property management company for this lovely home was awesome! They responded promptly to any requests! We made lots of friends in Aruba. We look forward to returning soon!

I needed a cake made, balloon decorations made, dinner reservations, car rental, covid tests printed, groceries. Everything I asked for was accommodated, Freya, Kaylee, and Justin are all AMAZING!!! The house is beautiful, great location but it does need a little love. The house is very clean and big. I would recommend getting bigger dinner plates when you have 7 teenagers with you, they like big servings of food, lol We would definitely rent this house again. We did the sunset sail, we had a blast through Octopus Sail Aruba, We rented UTV's threw Off Road Evolution, they delivered them to the house, had multiple face coverings and goggles to choose from, we rented snorkeling gear threw them as well. We rented a car for the week and they picked us up at the airport. Any questions or issues we had, Stuard was very quick to respond and stop by the house. Everyone made this a Sweet 16 of a lifetime for my daughter and her friends and family.

We had a good time on the trip and the house was very convenient. The home has a nice pool and the beach is directly across the street. We were unable to utilize the bathtub as it had no hot water and the bathroom on the first floor had a leak, toilet also stopped up. The staff did come at night and stated that they would fix it the next day but that was the day we were leaving. Overall I would recommend the property as it was a very nice home and the amenities are great. I would rent again

The house overall is very nice, but needs a little TLC (nothing really major, just a few cosmetic items and a small leak from the upstairs shower into the downstair shower which Stuart is aware of and just needed a little more time to fix than we wanted to give). The kitchen was great. We made breakfast every morning and it had everything we needed. The living areas were great as well, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. I was happy with our bed. I usually wake up with an aching back when on vacation, but not here. I'm guessing they were fairly new beds.

Stuart was very nice to deal with. He had one of the AC unit replaced while we were there with no issues. He gave us a quick rundown on the house and showed us the gym which was very nice but go no use while we were there. We did enough swimming all day to make up for it.

The pool was awesome and my girls loved it.

In talking with Stuart, the house is due for a renovation this fall. Can't wait to come back and see it then.

The location is perfect, close to incredible beaches and wonderful walks up the main strip and to California lighthouse. Short walk to Arashi Beach which was one of the highlights. Updated poolside chairs and more usable closet storage would make the house an A++, the staff was incredibly responsive and supportive and a a caretaker kept the landscaping impeccable and helped us through garbage removal etc. The pool was kept clean fighting off the windy weather. We will definitely stay again, perfect spot for a large family! Outside bathroom and shower a huge plus!

It was quickly corrected, but maybe have the house prepped for the full number of people on the reservation. The pool needed to be swept and cleaned, we found brooms on the property to utilize and clean it, but maybe have the pool serviced the day the guest are arriving. The inside of the BBQ grill was so dirty with freeze and food so we had to pull out the crates and scrub it all out to prevent a fire. The add said there was spices and cookware. There were no spices at all, all containers were empty. We made due with the cookware, other than we purchased a few little baking sheets and donated them to the house. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the home has great amenities and our group was very comfortable, the beds were very comfortable!

The location for this property could not be more perfect. It’s right across the street from the most beautiful beach. It’a a short drive away from the light house at the top of the island and a short drive away from the tourist area. We were traveling with a 9month old. They provided a pack and play and high chair for us. The owners could not be more friendly over email and the staff we met, Stuart and Veronica, could not be more kind and wonderful. They made great recommendations and were able to get us anything we might be missing during our stay. The pool area is beautiful!! The house could use some updated but it did not take away from our stay one bit. The house was clean! Will definitely be returning on our next trip! Thank you for having us!!

The house is huge, gorgeous, and located feet away from an incredible beach. The teenage guests had a blast going from the pool to the beach and back again. The property managers were available by phone and email and addressed all of our questions and requests nearly immediately. We arranged for pre-arrival groceries and house cleaning. Also, at the last minute we needed a car for our large party because our car rental company overbooked and the property managers arranged it so quickly.
