Os travesseiros são altos e duros, acho que precisam ter travesseiros mais macios.
Ao lado da minha cama, o chão estava colando, acredito que derramaram algo doce no chão e não passaram pano, na limpeza.

Loved the room, great quality/price
I arrived before the check in time and they told me they did have rooms already available then tried to upsell me an early check in which I thought was a bit odd. What I’ve experienced so far in all other hotels is that you can pre-pay an early check in to have it guaranteed. On the other hand, if you show up early, they either don’t have the room available yet so you have to wait, or if they do happen to have it already available they just give it to you early without trying to make an extra $20 off you.
There was a total freak creepy man with huge speakers on wheels who positioned himself by the pool the whole day bothering others with the music at very high volume and creeping on me and other guests
The staff did nothing about it
The safe in the room was locked so I had to call the reception and no one answered for quite a while, then eventually sent someone to open it.
Breakfast was supposed to be until 10 but at 9:40 there was no hot food left and staff refused to replenish. And since they do charge for breakfast at the entrance, perhaps before happily taking my money they could have said ‘hey just a heads up that there are literally only cereals left’

The property was good and the staff friendly and efficient
We liked the property but the whole experience was completely ruined because we were assured that our security deposit would be instantly refunded when we checked out. This did not happen. Three people at reception assured us that the refund had been processed. Two did this in person at Reception. One checked and confirmed the refund when we rang the following day. We checked out on 8.2.24. It is now end of day 13.2.24 and our refund has not arrived. This is totally unacceptable and is a betrayal of your word. This deception prevents us from giving this otherwise good hotel a good rating.

Freundliche Bedienung an der Rezeption.
Modernes Hotel an Zentrale Lage direkt am Flughafen, kein Fluglärm.
Für amerikanische Verhältnisse ein relativ grosszügiges Frühstück.
Überall plädiert man für Nachhaltigkeit wie auch Naturschutz und Wassersparen.
Für das Frühstück gilt dies scheinbar nicht. Zur heutigen Zeit wird immer noch Plastik und teilweise Bambus Besteck und Geschirr verwendet.
Zimmer minimalistisch eingerichtet. (keine Kaffeemaschine und keine Dose tissue Papier.
Das Hotel fährt nach eigener Aussage eine etwas andere Strategie.
Möchte man eine Reinigung des Zimmers haben zahlt man dafür $9,- dies um den Zimmerpreis zu drücken. In diese Preisklasse erwarte ich, dass dies inklusive ist.

I like the rooms and the loft industrial interieur design. In regarsds to american breakfast I guess this is not bad regarding the variety of breakfast options with toast, bagels, wafles, bacon etc.
Wish there was a coffe machine and coffe in the room. I wish the tables for breakfast were cleaned properly and I do absolutely not like eating from plastic plates etc. Room cleaning costs extra and towels are also not replaced by itself. Bad service

Called several days before visit to cancel second day, but was told that it was impossible to get a refund for the second day which I had paid for. Was extremely disappointed, obviously to lose the money for the second day because our plans had changed and we were not able to stay and we tried to cancel ahead of time.

Die Lage ist ok, wenn einen die Flugzeuge nicht stören, da das Hotel direkt neben dem Flugplatz liegt.
Zimmer ganz modern, Betonwände und Decken ohne Farbe, aber das macht man ja heute so, spart viel Geld.
Ausstattung ist aber als gut zu bezeichnen.
Das angebotene Frühstück ist für europäische Verhältnisse nur unterster Standard, auch hier, wie bei vielen anderen Hotels und den doch hohen Preisen, Plastikbesteck und Pappteller !

Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr modern. Besonders fanden wir die Aufteilung von Dusche und WC.
Das Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich und wir fanden es nicht gut, dass soviel Müll produziert wird. Alles Einweggeschirr nicht sehr nachhaltig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon, die Tür konnte man nicht richtig verschließen was dazu führte dass es nachts extrem laut war.

The coffe was so weak I wasn’t sure I had coffee. The dispenser labeled orange emitted red liquid the attendant said was grapefruit juice. Tasteless.
There was no hair dryer in the room.
Every other hotel I’ve been to in recent years had a coffee maker, k cup in room. None here.

Bed and pillow could use an update. King bed was sunk in the middle and pillows were very uncomfortable. Glad that I took my own pillow but sad that I forgot it and when I called that same afternoon to retrieve it they said they couldn’t find it?

We loved how unique it was & the amenities they offered. The gym was the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel.
It was not disclosed that we had to pay extra to use the facilities/amenities like the gym, pool, WiFi, sauna. It wasn’t pricey to use, just would have been nice to know in advance.

Everything. Modern, clean, and great staff. I stay at this hotel whenever I am in town and it never disappoints. Austin at the front desk was great as always.
