SO MUCH room... plenty of beds & bathrooms... everything we needed & then some... great parking spaces (even without counting the garage)... right across from the pool... nice & quiet... the beds were SO comfy!! Close enough to I-15 but you can't hear any traffic or city noises... will definitely use again!!

Such a comfortable stay. The most comfortable bed I’ve slept in, I’m going to go buy the model mattress. The townhouse was very well stocked and very clean. Great location so close to Snow Canyon and a short drive to Zion national park. Nice community with lots of areas to walk or run, nice pool too.

It was a fantastic property, plenty of beds. Beds were comfortable as well. Did have an issue with the pool key not working, but the one time we used the pool, someone let us in, so no big deal. It was clean, plenty of parking. My truck didn't fit in the garage but there is parking behind the unit, so it was just fine. Definitely our new place to say when we play in St George!

The entire rental process was easy and convenient. The property was great location to pool. The beds were comfy. Perfect space for my family. The only thing we had trouble with was the chrome cast on living room t.v. Was not working. Everything g else was fantastic. Thank you

This is a great place to stay! Right across from the pool but be warned it is pretty crowded. Easy location to get to and they had everything needed for our stay. The only negative was I didn't get the emails the actual company sent with checking and checkout instructions and had to call...they went to my junk email so make sure you check there for emails.

Spring Break
We had a great spring break! We loved that the pool was right across the street. The pool would get pretty busy so if you planned on spending the day there it's good to get there early so you can get chairs. The house does have a set of beach chairs you can bring so that makes it nice too. We loved that it was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The description did say it had a fireplace, was a one level house, and had a park next to it but neither of these 3 things was correct. We booked this place because it said 1 level but found it to be 2. We made it work by using a cooler to block the stairs from a 1 year old. Overall we loved it there though. We'd definitely book it again.

The only complaint was connecting to the internet. As much as we followed instructions of trying to log in or unplug the router, I could never get it to log on, BUT we weren't spending much time there so it didnt matter too much.

We really enjoyed our stay at Park Place! We arrived for a softball tournament but ended up enjoying so much more than just that. Zion was so close that a day-trip made so much sense. St. George has so many great trails and unique outdoor experiences that we had fun exploring as our schedule allowed. And, we always had a comfortable, private place to return to for respite. So glad we made the decision to stay here rather than a hotel. Our time in Utah made us want to come back for more!
