This home is a great place to come back to after exploring Prescott, or to hang out in to enjoy the quiet neighborhood. Extra touches such as games, coffee bars, extra towels, kitchen items are very appreciated. Host was very responsive to questions.

This location was ideal for us - close to town and family we were visiting, and in a quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room for the seven of us, a spacious back yard with hatchet-throwing target (my husband promptly ordered one for our home!) and we appreciated having a Play and Pack travel crib available for the 2 1/2 yr old.
The arcade machines were a hit with the guys - a nice touch.
Just a heads up - the walls were a bit thin with the bedrooms/bathrooms in close proximity. Also, the king bed is quite high in the master bedroom; perhaps not ideal for people under 5'5", although you can use the wood base to haul yourself up. Neither were deal-breakers for us and we would stay again without hesitation.

We enjoyed our stay. The interior was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with extras such as spices, cooking oils, oatmeal packets, and an abundance of coffee, tea, creamers and sweeteners. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood, as there's a great hiking trail just minutes from the home. Kids loved the arcade. Thanks again, Mike, for sharing your home with us.

We enjoyed our stay here. Even though it was located on a corner lot the traffic noise was not noticeable indoors. Host responded quickly to my questions. Home was very clean and had many little extras for adults and children. Nice backyard but would be nice to have the backyard fully enclosed for young children and pets. Good location.

The home was perfect for our getaway. Higher end finishings, comfortable beds/furniture, and it had everything we might have needed. Conveniently located near downtown and very good communication with the owner. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect getaway in the pines. This property had all the amenities needed and then some. The host was very accommodating and great to work with. I would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Everything about the place is top notch. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again. We drove our electric vehicle up from the valley. It was such a nice piece of mind to have a charger there for us. All conveniences are there, and professionally displayed. Our bed was comfortable, shower was hot and had good water pressure. Plenty of towels, blankets, etc. Thanks for a relaxing place to stay!

Our stay was incredible. We drove in from Southern California with our young kids and by the time we were in Arizona (ahead of schedule) Mike had already messaged that we could check in before the normal check in time as the house was ready. The house was equipped with everything we needed to keep the kids busy and deal with/play in the snow. We were able to cook every night and live with the comforts of home. We will book this house every time we come to Prescott!

One of my favorite VRBO stays I've had. Very clean, organized, many thoughtful extras provided; bathroom toiletries, kitchen essentials, spices, coffee/tea/cocoa, big variety of powder creamers, Hot/Cold Mugs with lids, big variety of appliances, space heaters in every room to take the edge of on cold nights or mornings. Great location in the pine trees; we saw several deer each morning & birds at the feeder hanging outside the dining room window. Plenty to do and enjoy while in the home, books, games, puzzles, TV

Our wonderful getaway in the pines began before we even set foot on the property thanks to Mike's friendly email communication. He truly cares about his guests' experience. We were there for a three day 70th birthday weekend with five adults and two kids. The home is exactly as pictured - light and airy; comfortable and immaculate. We appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and well-stocked coffee bar. Our grandsons, 3 1/2 and 51/2, were mesmerized by the game room. The property is a huge plus for families. We spent hours outdoors, playing cornhole, kicking soccer balls and best of all, enjoying s'mores around the firepit. The location is close to downtown Prescott and some easy family hiking and activities. We highly recommend and hope to return someday.

The home has been upgraded in every conceivaable way. Very comfortable for a couple or an entire family. The home is SUPER-well equipped with anything and everything one may need while visiting. Owner is also SUPER- responsive while you are staying at the property. Nothing but five stars here. Highly recommend!

This house had it all. Views, trees, wildlife and beautiful weather. The host paid attention to every detail, anything you needed was there. The outdoor space was amazing from the chairs, table, grill and cornhole . We highly recommend this home and we will be back ! Thank you Mike !

We stayed here during a wedding over the weekend. The house was beautiful, well equipped with anything you might need while there, and had plenty of space for 2 families. The coffee bar was an awesome touch, and the overall property was beautiful. Very close to downtown, but far enough that we saw some deer walking through the backyard. Will definitely be staying here in the future. Cannot recommend enough. Also the arcade games kept the kids (and adults) entertained the entire time too!! The property owner was super responsive and very accommodating as well!!

We had a wonderful stay, the property was well equipped with everything we needed. The bedding was very cozy and comfortable which is hard to find when renting. Our kiddos also loved the arcade games. We enjoyed hanging out on the back patio and playing corn hole in the cooler temps than back home. Each morning we saw deer as they walked through the side yard.

We had a terrific stay at this place. We were two families of 8 total people so the size of the place was perfect. The kitchen was awesome, as a home chef I really appreciated all of the different gadgets and items in the kitchen, everything you need! The room setup was also nice, and the place was very relaxing. The location is good with a Safeway just down the street to grab food, and downtown Prescott just 5 minutes away. Awesome trip!

We just rented this property for a month.. it is so beautiful and peaceful there. Mike was the best host. The house was so well stocked with everything. Pots and pans, spices, popcorn for kids, coffee etc. You literally didn’t need to bring a thing. Mike was always there to respond to my texts..Couldn’t have been more pleased

Very nice, good location. House was well stocked - coffee, tea, pots, pans, laundry detergent, sheets, towels, etc. Loved the yard. Played several Corn hole Tournaments. Loved the fire pit. Owner responded quickly to questions.

This property was wonderful and exactly as described. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well thought out. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for the group and the back patio/yard was great for the dogs to explore. We were minutes away from town and trails - would absolutely stay again the next time we are in Prescott.

My son and his family stayed here during the holidays. The location is ideal in a spacious and forested area close to downtown Precott and about five minutes away from our home here. The home was recently redecorated and very tastefully appointed with local history items and the like. The space is very efficiently utilized, plenty of room for outdoor as well as indoor relaxation and entertainment, and the bedrooms are cozy and comfortable. Access to all local amenities is immediate and easy yet the home is remote enough for quiet forested relaxation. The home is probably one of the best values, all things considered, we've ever received on VRBO. We intend to have family up here regularly and intend to stay here. It's an absolute five-star for our needs.

We had a perfect stay at this lovely home when we visited to celebrate our sons college graduation. The home was spotless and close to everything. We even had some animals visit just a couple feet from the home (deer, wild pig, various birds,etc).

Mike went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We have a baby grandson and Mike made sure we had a booster seat and pack n play for him so we didn’t have to pack those bulky things. The house is very well equipped, the beds are comfy and there was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy our Thanksgiving vacation. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

We had a great time at this rental home - the kitchen and living areas were spacious and had everything we needed - even a pantry stocked with snacks which was WONDERFUL after an 8 hour drive! The fully-loaded craft and game center was unexpectedly great, and gave the kids endless things to do. We would definitely stay here again, the EV charger worked great and was a real plus for the Tesla driver in our party. Thanks so much for opening your home to us!

Our Senior Women's Softball team enjoyed the backyard. Those who stayed at the house all said the beds were comfortable. It was a great location to downtown and to our fields.
