Beautiful home and perfect location for a short drive from Jerome and Sedona. Not many homes near Jerome were updated and modern- but Brooke and Rachels home was and has everything you need including hassle free parking. The views from their huge balcony were breathtaking. We can’t wait for our next visit.

This was a very nice home to stay in with our small family of four and a few extended family members who visited throughout the week. Definitely worth it to rent both the main house and the lower studio for families as it may have been too close for comfort otherwise. The view was amazing, and of course the host/s were exceedingly helpful and responsive when anything came up. Will absolutely work with these folks again.

The home is perfect. The split level allows for gatherings or privacy if needed. The location is very convenient to both Jerome and Cottonwood, the views are magnificent. I'm looking forward to renting this property again.

WOW! This is an amazing place to stay. The views, cleanliness, kitchen stock, towels, linens, bathrooms, furniture, parking, appliances were more than we anticipated. The short drive to Jerome's restaurant and artist district is fun and kind of scary if your not ready for some steep roads. I love how this rental is a great spot to start day trips to Prescott, Sedona, Clarkdale, Cottonwood. Looking forward to staying here again. Communication was also very easy and efficient. The property itself was perfect! The kitchen had literally EVERYTHING we needed, and even the extras that made our stay feel like home! It was incredibly clean (and adorable on the inside if that matters to you). The space and layout worked perfectly for our family. The neighbors puppers barked quite a bit, however they seemed to stop after 9pm so it didn't interfere with our schedule at all. Easy access to Sedona, although was a bit more of a drive than we expected (totally on us) - it didn't stop us from going there almost every day of our stay though. Jerome is a unique little town that brought lots more people to it than we ever expected to see there. Definitely check out Bobby D's BBQ right down the street- delicious food! Beautiful view from the porch - perfect coffee and/or wine spot! Thanks for welcoming our family and allowing us to call your place home for 5 days!

We had a great girls weekend exploring Jerome. This home is ideally situated, close enough to town, but far enough for quiet. Beatifully appointed and comfortable. We loved it

Lovely environment for visiting Jerome and the area. Very comfy beds and sofa, well stocked kitchen, gorgeous views. Definitely would stay here again. Easily accommodates two couples. Quiet and peaceful.

Very pleased with property. Very clean and organized and all the comforts of home!! Jerome is a cool city and filled with history. Are at the Clinksdale and Flat Iron and the Haunted Hamburger. All Wonderful. We hiked And shopped Sedona and drove up to Flagstaff. Every time someone asked us where we were staying and we answered Jerome, their response was a BIG Smile!! Rebekah was the best to work with. No complaints and we would stay at her property again!!

We picked this property because of the location to the places we wanted to visit, Prescott, Grand Canyon and Sedona. It was the perfect location and the perfect place to come back to after exploring all day. There were 2 couples and each had our separate bedroom areas. The kitchen was stocked with all the items you needed. Bathrooms were stocked with some great towels and shampoo, soap and good toilet paper. The unit was clean and furniture was comfy. Beautiful deck outside to enjoy. Brooke's was easy to work with, answered questions quickly and when we asked if they would leave some lights on as we were arriving very late they did. It made it easier to find and very welcoming. We would rent from them again.

Lovely property near Jerome center. Easy access to Sedona and local national monuments. Good for families. Brooke was attentive and easy to work with.

We spent a week in Jerome exploring the town and neighboring cities for wine tasting and sight seeing. The house is beautiful...clean, comfortable and offers a quick walk to town. Great experience working with Brooke's Rentals.

All amenities in this rental house are what you would expect to have when renting a place to stay. Kitchen. bedrooms, bathrooms and easy access, with a nice deck to hang. Parking is tight and access to the garage is tricky when there are other vehicles parked in the driveway from the rental next door. We quickly got used to the next door neighbor's dogs barking. Might be barking at the raccoons in the area. Great place to stay, we would rent this place again for sure.

This was a last minute trip, which usually mean chaos but Everything was easy and beautiful, from checking in to the stay and checking out!! Clean, comfy and the view was beautiful!! Will definitely stay here again!!!

If you are planning on visiting this area, I would highly recommend this property. There are so many neat and interesting things to do and the house location is perfect with amazing views. Also, the house has everything that you'll need and there's grocery stores you pass on your way through Cottonwood. Highly recommend!!

Due to the wildfires in AZ, the original town we were supposed to be staying in (Pine, AZ) was under a mandatory evacuation order. We found out less than 48 hours before we were supposed to fly out and we had to try to find a place for our family of 4 to stay for a week at the last minute. The owner of this property was very quick to respond to our booking request which relieved a lot of stress we had having to revamp our plans for our family vacation. The house was beautiful and very clean and the view from the balcony was absolutely amazing! You can see for miles. Jerome is such a cute town with a fascinating history. We loved exploring Jerome along with trips to Sedona (about 45 mins away) and the Grand Canyon (about 2.5 hours away). The house is about a 2 hour (very scenic) drive from the PHX airport. The beds were comfortable and my husband and I were able to sleep in the upstairs king sized bed and my kids shared the downstairs room with a king sized bed and a daybed. The house really has everything you would need to stay a week with your family. We did have an issue with the air conditioning not working when we arrived but the owner was very quick to respond and even sent us a cooling tower while waiting on an A/C tech to come to the house. It got pretty hot inside but it was bearable with the ceiling fans and the cooling tower and then it worked well most of the rest of the week. This minor inconvenience wasn’t enough for me to lower my rating because I understand sometimes things happen that are beyond anyone’s control. If I would make any suggestion at all to improve the accommodations, it would be to put a few extra towels and washcloths in each bathroom. If we ever get out this way again, we would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a great vacation!

Really amazing rental in Jerome. Pros: Place was super clean, well stocked kitchen, nice appliances and most importantly comfy bedding. Location is really close to Jerome, less than a mile to the closest shops. The garage was great to have since parking is at such a premium. The views of town at night and the sunsets were just phenomenal. Cons: this is nitpicking a bit but a large truck or third row SUV may not will fit very well in the garage. There is however a parking lot about 100ft down the road if you have bigger vehicles. The short walk to town is all uphill so it isnt far but it’s a workout unless you regularly hike a few miles at a time. All in all we loved our stay and would 💯 stay again.

We loved this vacation rental. We wanted to find a place that was close to Sedona, but didn't want to stay in Sedona proper during the busy season, so this was perfect. The floorplan was ideal for 4 people. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well laid out and functional. The big surprise of our stay was the charm of Jerome itself. What a cute town with a rich history! Make sure you visit Jerome State Historic Park so you can get the full Jerome experience. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Having never been to Jerome before, but not wanting to deal with crowded Sedona all week, we opted to stay here to be a little removed from the hustle and bustle. What a lovely surprise! The view from this property and the town were just amazing. The property was clean, exactly as the listing stated in terms of amenities, etc. and communication with the owner was timely and easy. We had everything we needed and we were very comfortable! Exactly what I was hoping for. It made the drive (~25-35 mins) to and from the more touristy areas easier knowing we had a comfortable place to go back to. My boys loved their “man” cave in the basement and it was no biggie for my husband and I to stay in the upstairs bedroom with a comfy king bed and bathroom right outside the door. Would love to come back!

A perfect spot for a weekend away in Jerome! An amazing patio view and only 3 minute drive from the shops - the location is hard to beat. All of the rooms had comfortable beds with nice linens and clean bathrooms. Since there is no local grocery, basic condiments such as ketchup, mini creamers, and more coffee k-cups would be much appreciated!! Otherwise, a great experience and would definitely stay here again :)
