The property was perfect, quiet the inside of the house was beautiful and cozy everything you needed in the kitchen, was there. Also, my granddaughter left her cardigan, and they texted me to let me, it was mailed out to me the same day texted. Perfect vacation spot!!!

The property was accurately described. It looks exactly like the pictures show, the home was clean, and had everything we needed. The best feature of this property for our family was the location. It was a quick walk to the beach and to a convenience store, and a short drive to Publix.The owners provided excellent customer service and were quick to respond to any questions we had. We would love to stay here again next Memorial Day weekend, and would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative. We had a great time!

We had a great time at this location! The property was clean and as expected. One thing for those arriving is to bring additional TP, paper towel, laundry soap, and kleenex. Also, if you plan to cook, you will need your own spices. That is not a slam at all, the property was great and we would rent again at this same location. It was nice to be close to the beach (2 blocks) and have a wagon to use.

We had a great week. Loved having two bedrooms and bathrooms. The property was very well maintained and clean. Location was one block from intercostal and couple blocks from the Gulf in a quieter area, which we enjoyed. Beach gear and towels to use were appreciated. Kitchen stocked minimally, but we had what we needed. A pizza pan and pot holder would have been good. Bed and bath linens nice quality. Would stay here again when in the area. Thank you!

The dish washer did not clean very well. I reported the dish washer having mold issues. A repairman came the following day, he found the heating element was burned out. The washer dryer took on average 4 hours and 15 min. and to wash King size sheets, it would take 2 separate loads, not counting extra drying time. Over all I would not recommend this unit.

We booked 3 weeks before the trip. Hurricane came through just days before our trip and we decided to continue once we got word from hosts that it was ok to come. Home was in a great location with a quick walk to the beach. Will be back!

Great location on AMI in a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach or close drive to get on and off AMI. We stayed 2 weeks and having a good mattress is a big plus for us. Unit was clean and decently stocked. Island Vacations is helpful and easy to deal with for your vacation stay.

The balcony was welcome outdoor space for morning coffee. We didn’t get to enjoy either the grill or the fire pit. There were lots of nearby restaurants that tempted us. The unit was clean, more than ample linens provided, including beach towels. The beds were comfortable. Thank you for a relaxing weekend.

Kitchen could have some more drink glasses (for example, there was only one glass wine glass and one plastic wine glass), and more serving plates and pans.We found some dusty areas in the bathroom and bedroom, so they could improve the cleaning.The outside area has a nice table for lunch/dinner right by the grill and the outside shower was nice too. They had a very good beach wagon and decent beach chairs. I’m not sure about umbrellas since we always bring out canopy.Overall it was a nice place for a 4 days gateway!

No toilet paper
One restroom had a 1/4 roll of toilet paper and the other had about 1/3 of a roll none to be found anywhere, you would think the cleaning company would check those items out during the cleanup. The washer/dry combo was useless it took almost 5 hours to do a load of laundry

Enjoyed our stay at Retreat B. The unit was as described on website. It was spotless. Beds very comfortable. Short walk to beach. Unit stocked with starter supplies. Only suggestion would be to have beach chairs, umbrella and cart shown as in pictures. Loved our time there.

Place was very cute. Beds were comfy. It was clean. Close to the beach and trolley! Only thing I have to complain about is that they don’t leave extra toilet paper, so make sure you bring some extra. Otherwise it had everything we needed! We would definitely stay there again!

Blue is indeed your color
The house was so great! It was decorated nicely and was very homey. The neighborhood is so cute! The beds were super comfy and we felt right at home. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk and there’s all kinds of fun stuff shops close too. If I’m able to go back, I’d for sure want to book this property again.

Great Beach Spot!
Nice, small rental. We loved you could walk to beach, restaurants and grocery store and shops. The deck is on the back of unit facing neighborhood backyards you maybe able to catch a glimpse of the sunrise on the bay. Nice grill and gas fire pit shared with other rental unit. It was great they had beach towels, wagon and chairs to use when walking to beach.
