We were 2 families of 4 each, we had a great time. The property is conveniently located slope side, we were very comfortable! The staff was great, were always asking if we needed anything else, shuttle staff was great as well!

Nicely outfitted kitchen and layout with two bedrooms up and two down was ideal for our group. Thank you! Hope to return.

We had an absolutely great time at Steamboat! The condo is right on the slope and an easy ski down to the lifts. The property manager Margaret was great, very responsive. And the shuttle was first rate, we loved all the drivers, five stars on them! Definitely coming back next year

We had a great time during our stay. The management was very good at communicating prior to our visit and gave a lot of good information about the area. The townhome itself was very clean and well appointed. The beds were really comfortable too. You literally get to watch the skiers ski past the townhome on the Right of Way trail off your balcony. As far as the ski in ski out, it was indeed, but it was a little tricky to get down to the slope and you had to walk back up the little hill you skied down, but it really wasn't a big deal. The only drawback was to get outside on the deck to ski out, you had to get ready downstairs and walk through one of two bedrooms in all your gear, etc., so the downstairs room occupants need to keep the path clean and be ok with that. And if you want to night ski, you will have to bring all your gear (boots and skis) up and down the stairs. But these are really small concessions as the property is truly lovely and we very much enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again one day!

We visited Steamboat for our annual girls' ski trip. The townhome was nice in that it was a ski in/ski out. Also, the wood fireplace was an added bonus. The four bedrooms were a great set up; however, the property is in need of a renovation. All interior doors either creak or don't close properly. The toilet in the secondary bathroom upstairs leaked and the tub downstairs needed to be unclogged during our stay. The patio door in the lower level locked us out several times due to a faulty door handle/lock. The lock for the outdoor ski locker was not provided so we had to purchase one. The trash room located just outside the front door was locked so we could not put trash out. Lastly, one of the biggest negatives for us is that the shuttle did not run past 8:30PM. Several of the drivers did not know why the shuttle stopped so early and stated that they were willing to drive later if the schedule was extended. The expense of having to use Uber/Lyft every evening coming back from dinner was a huge negative. If the above items were corrected, we would definitely come back to this unit.

The property was well situated for a group of skiers with different abilities. You can ski right up to the back door. The management was responsive and the apartment comfortable and clean. We had 10 people and were very comfortable.

This condo was perfect for two families (not huge but big enough). The layout was great, and everything was clean and we had just what we needed. The best thing about this property, if you're a skier, is the location. It's a nothing walk to a run that takes you right down to the gondola and getting back to the condo is equally easy from the same run that is easily accessible from the mountain. Don't hesitate to stay here. The only downside we noticed is that if you are an apres-ski hot-tub lover, getting to the outdoor hot-tub is not that easy. It requires a 10 minute walk or a drive.

The kitchen was fully equipped. We lacked nothing. The spacious living/dining area gave us room to spread out and relax after skiing. We loved the real fireplace and used it each evening. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds. Every room had a large sliding glass door giving access to the porches and the amazing mountain view. Skiing in and out was a breeze. The condo was up-to-date and very clean. This is a wonderful place to stay in Steamboat! P.S. We saw 2 moose out the back one morning!!
